These guys/gals were great. Absolutely no rushing us, no greasy salesmen lines....nothing of the sort. Even Doreen in finance was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were very efficient, attentive, answered every question we had with clarity and honesty and for the first time in YEARS, we drove away from a dealership 100% satisfied with our deal. What a great feeling!!! I will most certainly go see these folks at Big 4 again as soon as we need a new car and I've already started telling friends and family about the awesome experience my wife and I had at Big 4! Great customer service We came to Big 4 after our 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan (which we also bought from there through Johan) died on us. Initially started with a 'chat' conversation online with Gavin who passed on the message to Johan that we were looking for a new car. I had a callback within an hour and I stopped by the dealership a few hours later. I loved the fact that he still remembered us, he listened to what I wanted and then found us a van with even more, but that didn't cost the earth. Doreen then sorted finance and 2 days later I was driving our brand new van off the lot. The whole process was so smooth, and both Johan and Doreen are not pushy trying to add extras on (something my husband hates). It was a really pleasant experience, and they will have us as customers for life! More

You can imaging the amount of cars that I bought from them over the years. Just bought a new Grand Cherokee through Johan de Deugd and received nothing but a great sales experience and concerned follow up from him. I have a dealership 5 minutes away from me but I rather drive 20 minutes across town to Big4 than go to them. Keep up the good service people and you will keep your customers coming back for may years. More

My first visit was on the heals of an engine scare in 2005 Grand Cherokee...and Mike showed me a few different rides and we talked about what would be best suited for my needs. Turned out my GC was fine and I was good to go. Mike said he'd keep in touch and I told him I'd be back. Over the next 17 months he called me just a few times to see how things were going. When it came time to pull the trigger on the new vehicle, I walked into Big 4 unannounced, Mike recognized me and not only did he remember who I was but he recalled pretty much all of our encounter 17 months earlier...right down to what I needed in a vehicle. I took out a Trail Hawk and a Wrangler and considered a new Grand Cherokee, but wisely went with the Trail Hawk. Great ride! Mike is the guy you want to talk to. The man understands great service!
