unhappy I been dealing with Big4 for many years and the service has been going downhill. My last service issue I had was my rear main was leaking oil on my 20 I been dealing with Big4 for many years and the service has been going downhill. My last service issue I had was my rear main was leaking oil on my 2007 3500. took it in they repaired the leak. I picked up the truck on a Friday night and let my wife drive it home to Okotoks when we got home my wife informed me the truck was reving really high and she couldn't go very fast. I then took it for a drive to find out it no longer shifted into third. Called made an appointment back for Monday morning waiting to hear what they did or forgot to do when last worked on it, the call finally comes in and they inform me that they had done nothing wrong and it will be about 1500 dollar to fix the shifting problem. after a long discussion with service rep trying to explain to them I drove truck there and it ran fine you guys work on it and now it does not. I get fed up go pic up truck take it to a great shop national transmission and they inform me that when Big 4 plugged the tranny harness back it they broke off the pins to the connector.(but remember the service tech was rude and very forward saying they did nothing wrong. (also in the mean time I talked to manager of Big4 also and he sided with his techs). yes after a long discussion they they refunded me what it cost for the repairs but still a pain in the xxx my work truck being down for almost a week for there mess up. and I have other stories about them too not the only time issues arose. Please don't always believe what they say. More

Courtesy pick up - Customer Service Brought my car in for an issue with my engine light being on and a couple of other issues. When I left in the morning I asked to be picked up at 4:00 Brought my car in for an issue with my engine light being on and a couple of other issues. When I left in the morning I asked to be picked up at 4:00 at 2303 4th street SW. The lady in the morning filled out a card with my information of where to pick me up and my phone number. Ken the service person called me at 3:19 and let me know my car was ready for pick up. I called at 4:06, 4:09 and 4:10 but with no answer. I had to take the bus then walk to pick up my car and thank god it was not raining otherwise I would be even more upset. When I got to the service desk to pick up my car I asked the lady at the desk how does your courtesy pick up service work. She started to explain the morning drop off service and I said no, the pick up service. I told her that when I dropped off my car in the morning the lady filled out a card for me to be picked up and told her that I had to take a bus and then walk. She looked at the other girl and said that someone called on my phone and cancelled the service stating that I had a ride with a friend. I told her that is not correct, I did not phone and cancel the pick up service and why would I, so that I can take a bus and then walk. I told her I could show her that I never called and cancelled the pick up by the outgoing calls on my phone, she was not even interested in looking. When I left I told her that I would never be back at this Chrysler dealer again, the service was that bad Thanks Dori Cesario More

Andrew was very helpful and not pushy , when he said the manager was going to come over and say hello I thought this is when the hard closing tactics would begin. I was wrong , quite the opposite. Martin the salesmanger was the kindest , soft spoken man I have dealt with in a dealership. Him and Andrew had me laughing so hard i forgot I was biting a truck . To top it off he told me there was no pressure to buy and that I could take the truck home for the night to digest the deal. Now that's good service. This dealership is top notch. Do not hesitate to deal here. More

When I was looking at getting a new truck we went back to him. He found me the Ram 1500 I wanted, had it brought in from Red Deer and gave us a nice deal with no BS. Todd (sales team) pitched in with some of the details and was also very helpful. There was no hard sell on all the extras from Stacey in finance either. It would be nice if all dealerships were this easy to deal with. More

Not only did they get the truck i wanted but they got the most options available to me in my price range. Excellent customer care and being able to text back and forth made everything even easier. Martin has helped immensely, even before becoming sales manager he fought to get me the best deal available! John took over for us and delivered huge! 5 star rating and couldn't be happier with the results. Me and my fiancé love our new vehicles and are confident our future vehicles will come from here! These guys/gals were great. Absolutely no rushing us, no greasy salesmen lines....nothing of the sort. Even Doreen in finance was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were very efficient, attentive, answered every question we had with clarity and honesty and for the first time in YEARS, we drove away from a dealership 100% satisfied with our deal. What a great feeling!!! I will most certainly go see these folks at Big 4 again as soon as we need a new car and I've already started telling friends and family about the awesome experience my wife and I had at Big 4!
