I Love My Jeep Wrangler! I took ownership of my Jeep just over two weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I originally came in looking for a Willly's model but ended up with a fully loaded Unlimited Sahara. Our salesman Scott Schinnour was great and really took care of us. He made the process fast and efficient, and he also knows his product well! Scott also kept constant communication with me while our Jeep was having performance modifications done, so i didn't have to chase anyone down for updates, very convenient. And the most important thing I can say about Scott and the Big4Team is their Honesty. A rebate was accidentally overlooked, when they realized it was overlooked I was informed of the mistake and was given a chq immediately. How many dealerships do you think would do this? I can tell you this...not many. I'm extremely happy with the whole process and highly recommend the Big4Team! More

That didn't go well and we ended up leaving as the sales person did not listen to anything we said was a need. They just wanted to push us into anything that would work budget wise. We left and went to Big 4 Motors where we met John. He listened to our needs and wants and understood what was needed. He showed us lots of options, he made us feel like he had all the time in the world for us, but never wasted our time. He found a truck that would be perfect for us but after leaving realized there was not automatic seats, which was a need as I am too short for the manual seats. To say John went above and beyond to find another truck that would work for us with auto seats would be an understatement. He found a truck that worked, it was more than we could have ever hoped for and keep it within our budget but had all our needs as well. Michelle in finance was also great. She made sure all documents were ready, she ensured she detailed for us exactly what she needed from us previous to pick up and her work made the pick-up of the new vehicle a smooth transition. We cannot say enough good about Big 4, their service, dedication, knowledge and outstanding customer service will ensure we go back there time and time again. More
