Second time in to purchase a vehicle. After deciding on our 2 vehicles we wanted to buy, my husband and I felt alittle overwhelmed with the price and payments seeing it was over our budget. The next day our 2 vehicles we wanted to buy, my husband and I felt alittle overwhelmed with the price and payments seeing it was over our budget. The next day thinking we would be backing out of the deal We decided to talk to Bony. Bony went out of his way for us to find something I really liked and in out price range. I liked that he took us outside to look and let me tell him what I liked. Instead of having a salesmen drive one up to the door and saying this is about it we have in that price range. After talking with Bony a short time he started to figure out my style.... He showed me a car that wasn't even on the sales lot yet just on the sales board. And as soon as I seen the car... That was the one I wanted. He wanted to make sure it was the car for me.. He even took it to himself to make sure our kids has enough room in the back. When its time to buy again We will be asking for Bony. Ken in finance was also wonderful. He did everything to get our payments where we wanted them... And he explains everything to great detail. We walked out with all our questions answered and more.. Mike was also awesome. While waiting he would always check up on us to see if we needed anything.. You definitely get a nice feeling while in bennett.. They do business but they like to have fun also.. My mouth hurt from laughing and joking around with them.. Loved that...had no problem waiting around...our kids keep asking when we can go back to bennett to hang out with the salesmen. :) Leo and Lisa More
I honestly had the best experience at Bennett! They were all extremely friendly, helpful, and VERY knowledgeable! They had me in a 2013 ford focus in less than 2 hours! I went into the dealership with my dad looking for a Ford Fusion. The one stipulation I had was that I wanted it to have a sunroof. Chris would not direct any of his questions to me even though I was the one Fusion. The one stipulation I had was that I wanted it to have a sunroof. Chris would not direct any of his questions to me even though I was the one buying the car. He kept pushing a focus hatchback on me that was out of my price range even after I told him I wasn't interested. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Over the next couple of weeks, I received multiple calls and letters from him about purchasing a Ford Focus. I had replied saying I had purchased a car from their competitors and that I never wanted a Focus to begin with. The last time Chris called me, I had told him that I purchased a car from his comptitor, and that since he didn't listen to what I wanted at all, I would not be doing business with him in the future. He hung up on me mid sentence. This is completely unacceptable. It is unprofessional, rude and immature. More
As customer from out of town, I would have really appreciated a courtesy car to be able to do some errands, while I had a 7 hour wait for my car. A "ride to the mall" really was not how I had hoped t appreciated a courtesy car to be able to do some errands, while I had a 7 hour wait for my car. A "ride to the mall" really was not how I had hoped to fill my day. Something to concider. I appreciate that for short term waits, it would not be appropriate to have this service in mind - but I really did waste my day sitting in your waiting area, all though it is quite a comfortable area. Used cars have no prices, sales people claim they don't know prices. Test drove a 2008 Ford Focus (average Blackbook used ask is 8700.00). We went to write the deal first offer from their deal manage don't know prices. Test drove a 2008 Ford Focus (average Blackbook used ask is 8700.00). We went to write the deal first offer from their deal manager was 15500.00 and I countered at 10000.00 (which I thought was fair based on average ask being 8700 based on blackbook) all in, he came back at 12500 all in.We walked. BE VERY CAREFULL when dealing with their used department they highly over inflate their used prices due to their warranties that are offered. Due your homework when dealing with these guys... More
Our overall experience at Bennett Dunlop was great because of the friendliness of the staff we dealt with. They seemed generally interested with our needs verses their own. The coffee was really good because of the friendliness of the staff we dealt with. They seemed generally interested with our needs verses their own. The coffee was really good which helped make it more relaxing. All our concerns with the vehicle were answered and addressed. We felt no pressure with the deal that was being presented and our input was heard. The financing end of things went well and also no pressure with adding extras, such as extended warranty. Everything had been explained and we had a say in the final details. I would like to mention one of the young sales persons name, Jon Slamp. I very much enjoyed our visit, whom he had a large part with our experience, which was our first time at the Bennett Dunlop dealership in Regina. My wife and I will for sure return there first when comes time to purchase a used or new vehicle again. Sincerely, Richard of Estevan, Sask. More

This was my very first Ford vehicle as I was a Toyota guy before. The purchase process was fun and there was no pressure to buy at all as I shopped around quite a bit. I settled on the F150 because of the before. The purchase process was fun and there was no pressure to buy at all as I shopped around quite a bit. I settled on the F150 because of the service and sales team also no other manufacturer can come close to the price for the technology. I would highly recommend Miguel and Bennett Dunlop. More
I visited Bennett-Dunlop looking for a Focus ST. I had a monthly payment that I could afford and Don, the finance person wasn't interested in working with me to get me the car I wanted. They immediately tr monthly payment that I could afford and Don, the finance person wasn't interested in working with me to get me the car I wanted. They immediately tried to pressure me into another car instead. A week later I received a call from Bennett-Dunlop, from Peter who told me that they were having a sale and they could get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. When I came down, they had a different model of the car I wanted, and again started with the pressure tactics. The finance person came in and was quite rude in insisting that they were doing me a favour by financing me, and I should buy the car I didn't want so that it would improve my credit rating. They went so far as to tell me I should buy the car I didn't want, and then come back in 12 to 18 months and trade the car in for the model I wanted. This would have cost me $10-$15,000 in lost money, due to the monthly payments and the depreciation on the car. After a year of payments, I wouldn't even get enough for the trade-in to cover the remaining cost of the loan. Throughout my dealings with them, they would not come off the retail price at all to try and work the financing to meet my budget. Once they had determined I couldn't afford the car I wanted, they pressured me into buying a vehicle I didn't want. I sent several emails to them giving examples of how we could make the financing work. Did not receive any replies to my suggestions. I went to Capital Ford, and the difference in experience was night and day. The salesperson and financing person were pleasant to work with. Even though we couldn't get the monthly payments to what I needed, it was a much more enjoyable experience. If I can work out the financing on my own, I will definitely go back to Capital Ford and purchase the car there. More
