I have had a few oil changes done and they are always fast and with friendly representatives. If they take longer than expected they have compensated with coupons for any delay.Very impressed with level fast and with friendly representatives. I went to this dealer looking for an used mid teen priced AWD SUV for my mother-in-law. Jeff was presented a list of vehicles from Mike Bui. Jeff was a good guy, showed me the vehicles, and their was no pr AWD SUV for my mother-in-law. Jeff was presented a list of vehicles from Mike Bui. Jeff was a good guy, showed me the vehicles, and their was no pressure on any particular vechiles. I enjoyed my dealings with Jeff. One of the vehicles was 2007 Ford Edge SEL Plus with 89000 km. I was pleasantly surprised that it was on my list. My mother-in-law liked this vehicle and was planning to come into the city to look at it. I asked for a firm number and then it was presented to me at $20,000+tax. This was more than I asked. I turned down the vehicle and then a day later Mike Bui called me to offer a 2009 Rav4 for $24,900+tax. Needless to say I turned down this vehicle because of the price. 29-Jun-12 Update After posting my review, I was contacted by the General Sales Manager. During our discussion several of my concerns were addressed. Would recommend to keep Bennett on a list to look at, but strongly recommend to get the price firmed up near the beginning of the deal to avoid surprises or disappointments. More
So finally when I had decided to buy a car from them , these folks started showing their true colors . I worked with them for almost two weeks to arrive at an acceptable deal for both .I signed on the sales contract that said they would install block heater and the sales price includes its installation.Now the very next day when I went to pick up my car ,I saw no block heater and certain paint chips coming off .I spoke to the "General Manager"..dude whats the deal with all this .BTW this dude thinks he owns the universe and he is doing me a big favor by selling the car.So ,The dude says "nothing is coming outta my pocket".Either you take the car without block heater or walk without one .He literally started blabbering arrogantly in front of handful of customers and his employees .He said its his call whether to sell it or not .He said the sales contract is void ,despite of the fact that one of his financial manager signed it. To my luck ,the very next day ,I somehow managed to get back my deposit money .To add to my luck ,I was glad that I did not have to deal with him again. Bottomline : Don't buy anything from here.You can visit here in case you wanna see this one of a kind arrogant and pushy "General Sales Manager" of Bennett Dunlop. It has been a very embarrassing experience given I had to listen to this guy in front of other customers and employees. More

Dhana and Cam patiently went over the features of my new vehicle and made sure that all of my questions were answered. They worked hard to get me a fair trade in for my car and to help me get the most out of the incentives that Ford was offering at the time. Ken in the financing department did an excellent job of talking me through the finer points of financing a vehicle, keeping all the explanations simple to understand. I had no idea that buying a new vehicle could be such a pleasant experience. More
