Truck was immediately taken into the shop and both issues addressed with 2 techs .Truck was done in good time and truck parked at door wh written up. Our vehicle suspension fouled on the way into Regina. They found a way to work us into the shop same day, diagnose the problem and set us up with a rental while we were there over the weekend. When purchasing the vehicle everything was fine. We picked it up at end of work day, vehicle was dirty inside and out. They gave us a free wash certificate. Booked vehicle in to install protective We picked it up at end of work day, vehicle was dirty inside and out. They gave us a free wash certificate. Booked vehicle in to install protective coating and mud flaps. They only had 2 of the four mud flaps, said they would install the other two at next service. We will see, as i live 160km from Regina it is costly going back and forth. Great Plains Ford in Weyburn gives a truck wash when I get an oil change, that’s service. More
