I am sorry to hear that you felt you had a terrible experience at our dealership. At Bay King Chrysler customer satisfaction is our top priority. If I am not mistaken, you had contacted us after picking up your Caravan with concerns it did not have a spare tire. As we explained - in recent years most auto makers have removed spare tires in new cars and instead offer tire inflation kits (which your caravan was equipped with). We did have multiple conversations with you prior to your purchase and this concern did not come up. We certainly do not like putting pressure on our customers if they do not feel comfortable.
