Absolutely amazing If you want to be treated like family, go to bay king. The staff made me feel important and that I mattered. Wait and wait I had a appointment set for 8:45am for a oil change and a tire rotation . After sitting there for just over a hour,the service writer comes over and I had a appointment set for 8:45am for a oil change and a tire rotation . After sitting there for just over a hour,the service writer comes over and says I need a wheel hub cause the wheel stud is stripped. I bought this vehicle here brand new and this is the first tire rotation . So somehow I did this. This took just over 2 hrs and they screwed up the hub and waited me to pay lol Never buying or servicing there again. Mike Campbell More

Great staff and service! I'm very satisfied with a recent scheduled service. I was served right away without waiting. The estimate that was given to me on the phone when I made the appointment was reduced when I dropped the car off, as I was told that I wasn't due for one of the items. It's nice to know that they don't perform maintenance that you don't need! Very friendly shuttle driver too (Bob). More

Terrible Experience I was choose Dodge and choose this dealer for the price only. My experience was terrible, the sales person didn't say a lot things of the Van, that ar I was choose Dodge and choose this dealer for the price only. At the end was my responsability because I didn't ask before buy, when suppose the dealer have to say everything about the car. Now I have a brand new Dodge Caravan and I don't feel confortable.
