Courteous staff. All concerns were addressed Staff related to my issues and addressed them as they said. My extended warranty was not transferred into my name at the time of purchase but the Bay Staff related to my issues and addressed them as they said. It would be good that, the car issues found are explained and presented as they are (such as: “you could still drive the car for ..." before you need to service it). It would create a friendly approach and it will improve people perception about dealerships (yours in particular - you are in the business to serve the community and not to take advantage of it). Upsetting time and time again When I bought my vehicle at Bay King, i didn't realize that Scott was the only helpful person that listened. Except for my most recent oil change, my When I bought my vehicle at Bay King, i didn't realize that Scott was the only helpful person that listened. Except for my most recent oil change, my fluids were not topped up afterwards-so this time I inquired and it was completed. From the time I walk in to be serviced, I have not had a smooth, helpful, sincere experience. The customer service experience has been only consistently upsetting and disappointing. Whenever I inquire about issues with my vehicle I cannot be given a professional, knowledgeable answer. I have had alignment and brake issues since I drove my vehicle off the lot and I stated this a few times. This was looked into once and I was told that all was okay. Again within the past month, my vehicle did not stop when I braked. The first time it happened, I rear ended someone. Scott has been helpful in listening as well as the service manager, but the problems still exist. The last time I was in for a service, my invoice stated that there were recommendations for my vehicle but that I had declined the work being completed on my vehicle. This was not true and I inquired why it said that, In fact, I didn't have anyone talk to me about my vehicle after I had been called to pick it up. When I inquired about the invoice details, no one knew why it said that and stated that it was just a statement that the service desks puts in there when it prompts them for a response. I had stated that it didn't seem right as I've had numerous issues already so if something needed attention, I wanted to know. I was told the person who inputted my invoice was on break and they could only tell me and I was directed to call back. I then received an email asking me to complete feedback on my last visit and attached was my invoice, still stating that I had declined the services needed on my vehicle. I feel that the only person that has helped me in situations such as these has been Scott and unfortunately I cannot continue to only seek him out when I have a situation. More
