I was connected with this dealership when I was looking to buy a part for my ram , I went through their verification process like vin, part things like that , the web site came back and confirmed my truck to buy a part for my ram , I went through their verification process like vin, part things like that , the web site came back and confirmed my truck with the part number , and price , with a big check mark confirmed, i was thinking about it and a couple of days later i received an email saying the part is still un my cart and if I order it I will get 10%off shipping so I ordered it , things went down hill from there , they took my money off my card , they will play word games and say they didn't take my money it just being held until the deal goes through lol , they live on bait and switch , after they took my money I waited two days never received a tracking number I reached out and received a email back saying that the part with the part number and the price confirmed with my vin was wrong that my 51.0 part again confirmed was now 220.0 and they wanted my card number again and my cvv number to complete the purchase, lol seriously 4 times the price from what they already confirmed at 51.0 and took my money before they mentioned that 4 times that 51 dollars to 220 dollars, I asked these scammers about this they told me web site was wrong even thoe it took my vin and confirmed everything, I was not happy especially when Ryan (on line parts)informed me I was to stupid to understand a simple explanation after it was told to me twice seriously ( I have all the emails and screen shots) they are so arrogant about doing this bait and switch they even send the rude insults in a email , so I contacted Mopar parts they told me there was nothing they could do from customer service call the dealership, i asked for the dealership own , nothing , i asked for the general manager, nothing , they would not take my call , i eventually spoke with the parts manager and it took about 10 seconds to see why the on line guy was so rude and disrespectful to customers , because the parts manager made him look like a rookie at it , I have spent 40 years working at dealerships from a shop help to red seal master technician to shop foreman to service Manager and now director of fixed operations and in those 40 years I have never heard or seen a manager speak to a customer at a dealership like he spoke to me , he would not listen to me explain he kept talking over me I had to ask him to stop and can I get a sentence in , he was rude, disrespectful, and just a jerk and laughed about it , he kept raising his voice telling he dosent care and he agreed with the on line guy, if what they wasn't bait and switch i dont know what is , they confirmed your part , and your vin , they take your money off your card then tell you before you can get the part you already paid for you have to pay 4 times the price and when you disagree they berate you and insinuate your to stupid to understand why they are scamming you , if they worked in my store being im the director of fixed operations they would both be unemployed right now, worst experience ever in 40 years with staff at a dealership, the dealer principal, general manager should be ashamed at how a manager in their store acted and spoke to a customer that was simply trying to buy something from their store , if i could give a negative score i would , horrible people they are More

She is incredibly courteous, welcoming, and has a genuinely helpful attitude that immediately puts you at ease. Jenna took care of everything seamlessly, keeping me updated regularly on the progress of the work being done on my vehicle. Her communication was clear and proactive, which I truly appreciated. Once the service was complete, she even arranged a prompt ride to pick me up from home so I could retrieve my vehicle—another thoughtful touch that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the professionalism and customer care I received were exceptional. Thanks to Jenna and the team at Bay King Motors, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended! I am not happy with this dealer ship. I have been battling with then since early 2024 to have my ESC module changed. It has been put on the scope and said they would call us. Find out the tech guy was no longer there and they couldn't get into his file.We were told time and time again that they would get back to us.Called today and of course Leslie the person we were dealing with is no longer there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER SHIP AT ALL TO BUY A VEHIECLE. More

Misrepresented value of vehicle, Told us they had to put vehicle in both names because trade in was in my wife's name. Told me it had to be that way, was in my name on delivery, also no truck plate had to put a car plate on it. Was supposed to get an app never happened. Any ways never a call from the manager or anyone. I love my jeep I probably would not write a review but the 4th call for an oil change I guess they didn't understand that I wa dissatisfied on the first ##^^#&@&$&@ Ask if I need my oil changed. There are alot of dodge dealerships around besides this one. More

The first red flag arose just two days after taking possession of the vehicle, when the dealership contacted me to demand an additional $500. This unexpected charge was attributed to their own mistake in miscalculating a licensing fee. It's astonishing that a dealership of Bay King's supposed caliber could make such a blatant error, leaving me questioning the competency of their staff. As if the financial inconvenience wasn't enough, the situation took a nosedive when I discovered a breach of confidentiality by one of their salesmen. In what can only be described as a shocking violation of privacy, my personal phone number was disclosed to the individual who purchased the truck I had traded in. This revelation was supposedly to facilitate the transfer of the extended warranty into the new owner's name, a task the dealership had initially refused to assist with during the sales negotiation process. Attempting to resolve these issues, I reached out to the Sales Manager, only to be met with a string of excuses and a lack of accountability. Subsequent discussions with the salesman revealed a concerning level of audacity, as he chose to communicate solely through text message. Despite my attempts to address the breach of confidentiality and the unresolved financial matters, my call and text were ignored. To add insult to injury, the dealership received an overpayment on my traded-in vehicle, and despite promises to rectify the situation, the outstanding funds have yet to be returned. It is alarming that a company entrusted with significant financial transactions and sensitive customer information could display such a lack of professionalism and accountability. My experience with Bay King Chrysler serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers. The dealership's actions have left me disillusioned and frustrated, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution before engaging in any transactions with this establishment. Don’t expect to get good customer service. Service manager is so rude. Literally has the biggest attitude on the planet! I am disappointed with my purchase.
