Great service I have always hated taking my van in for any service being a woman, I always worried I would be taken advantage of. However since we bought our van from bay king I have taken it in myself any I really appreciate all the service I have received. I feel comfortable when I go in and don't feel pressured at all. Jeep Patriot Transmission Service After my Jeep had to be towed to the dealership for a transmission replacement, all I had to do was wait. The team took care of my rental and shuttle. My salesperson, Brian, was great at communicating to me what was going on and when I had questions for my service rep, Adrienne, she was patient in providing answers that I could understand. In the end, I didn't even have any paperwork to take care of. There is no doubt that leaving your car with a mechanic is stressful - rental or no rental, warranty or no warranty - but the Bay King team did their best to alleviate that stress. More
Aggressive behavior of service reception . Having purchased a previously owned 2013 Ram Longhorn, the salesman "Dave Hands" advised me of the 1st and 2nd oil changes being at no charge, and $2 Having purchased a previously owned 2013 Ram Longhorn, the salesman "Dave Hands" advised me of the 1st and 2nd oil changes being at no charge, and $20 for each oil and filter change thereafter. Having utilized the 2 free one's, and preparing for a trip involving the truck, I booked a oil change at Bay King for Wednesday June 28th @ 8am. Unable to bring the truck in myself, my wife attended the appointment on my behalf and waited for the truck in your lounge. When the service completed, my wife was asked to pay $49 for the oil and filter change. She (my wife) explained the $20 agreement to the young girl "Adrianna "in the service department, who my wife said that without provocation, became rudely aggressive to the point where other customers waiting, commented to my wife both immediately and as my wife exited the service department, on how "uncalled for" and "holly cow, she woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning". Amidst the discussion, my wife called me asking if I could confirm the $20 agreement to Adrianna at the Bay King service department and elaborate with any further information I may have, in effort to clarify it. Adrianna began in a professional manner and spoke to me with respect, but the conversation turned short after I elaborated on the agreement. She then phoned me back on a number my phone failed to recognize, and her words were anything but professional thereafter. My wife also called me after leaving Bay King saying how Adrianna had said to her (After Adrianna and I spoke) "your husband was loud, yelling and screaming at me and very ignorant ". Sir, I was in disarray after hearing this. As explained to Adrianna, being a business owner myself operating heavy international transportation needs of a wide array of Canada based corporations, voice tone and a positive disposition plays key in business longevity and customer satisfaction , and regardless what side of the bed one wakes up on, a positive demeanor coupled with integrity and borderless dedication to the task at hand is all that comes between a customer and myself. Adrianna may have had a challenging evening there prior, but by no means should she have spoken so aggressively rude and condescending to my wife.
