Looking around.. I have to say that the staff at Bay King were exceptional. The moment my friend and i walked we were greeted politely..I had already made contact wit I have to say that the staff at Bay King were exceptional. The moment my friend and i walked we were greeted politely..I had already made contact with a sales Rep, so i was put through to her immediately. The rest was majic... Krystal is definately an asset to that company , very prompt, informative, reassuring with all smiles .All the time.She already new what my interests were and had already selected a vehicle to match my preference.All I had to do was look at it cnfirm and do the paperwork ....We were then put through to Peter, who was equaliy as reassuring , polite, to the point and pretty accurate..The staff know what they are doing .You wont be waisting your time by shopping at Bay King...Needles to say my wife and I got a quick approval to purchase our first Brand new Minivan... Great customer service As someone who knows next to nothing about vehicles, they sure do explain the ins and outs of your car very well. They don't skimp on the maintenance and only use the highest quality parts. May be a little pricey compared to independent mechanics but here you are guaranteed the job is done right the first time. told me executive driven but was enterprise rental BUYER BEWARE.....of used car sales there, I bought a 2016 jeep,salesman told me it was executive driven with in their company hinted it was managers BUYER BEWARE.....of used car sales there, I bought a 2016 jeep,salesman told me it was executive driven with in their company hinted it was managers wife, ~ I signed contract where the sales man put ((daily rental)) thinking it was rented within bay and king employees ~ bring my SUV home to find ENTERPRISE RENTAL insurance in glove compartment ( SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED.....they lied ~ I was there to buy something) Enterprise car rentals are completely different from executive driven , they lied and said too bad you signed after I called and complained about the deception. They didn't have to lie to me bottom line ~ Conclusion ~ beware of a pack of liars couvering each other's butts....and check the glove compartment! After posting this the manger called me and said your not 18 years old and they can't read my mind ~ So rude to me - Im afraid to take my Vehicle back for servicing . More

Both appointments have gone very well - polite and engaged employees and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. This is the opposite of my experience at Johnston. Need Dents Fixed Great Service We initially contact our sales person Janelle Hunter about getting some parking lot dings repaired on our 2016 Cherokee. Janelle did the leg work got the service arranged. The lady at the service desk (sorry I'm an old guy can't recall) was pleasant to deal with, and the other young lady that brought our vehicle in to we could inspect before we left were all very professional and always a smile.
