Hello – I’m sorry that you feel you had a negative experience at our dealership. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and conducting ethical business. After being at our dealership a couple of times and looking at similar vehicles, some being daily rentals and others executive driven we can understand where the miscommunication or misunderstanding may have come from. OMVIC (the regulator of motor vehicle sales in Ontario) states that we must disclose when a vehicle has been a ‘Previous Daily Rental”. In this case, it was disclosed to you numerous times throughout the purchase of the vehicle. There were also 2 areas on the bill of sale that you had to sign in acknowledgment of the Daily Rental disclosure. We at no time throughout the process were attempting to deceive you of this fact. We have been in this business for over 50 years and continue to do business because we take pride in following a strict code of ethics. We encourage all our customers to ask any and all questions they may have in order to feel confident and comfortable in their decision to purchase a vehicle from us. We thank you for your comments as they give us an opportunity to improve upon our processes. We hope that you are enjoying your new vehicle and we would like to see you back for service in the future.
