Horrible Service. Even worse diagnosing skills. BmwAutohaus is filled with jr techs who have no idea what they are doing. They charge you for inspections and don't find anything most the time just to get more money out of you(they try to scare people who don't know about cars and force them to do unnecessary repairs or change random things). I am currently in disputes with them and dealing with them through Bmw Canada. Not even interested in dealing with these guys ever again and they have completely ruined by.Bmw experience. I am not the first to experience these problems ( a friend of mine had a 335i and autohaus tried to void the warranty on the waterpumps(they kept blowing due to autohaus shortcuts) in the end he took it to bmw maranello(way better). Might even have to go with a different make just because their nonsense has me teriffied of these cars. I have proof of all claims. More

I miss the days when Autohaus provided a free rental, but i dont mind since they drop me off and pick up after work plus the services are now included so makes it a sweet deal. This should not be a BMW dealership ! The entire service department is a piece of ****. Everyone is so uneducated and know nothing about the cars. The navigation system on my car has been showing wrong directions and Bluetooth doesn't work on 3 of my phones. When I brought the car in for repair, they told me "we cannot do anything to fix it" basically it means that I just have to deal with the wrong routes and poor connectivity... Also, when your car is in the shop for regular maintenance and even for RECALL, they don't provide you a loaner or rental car!!!!! You have to pay for the rental yourself!!!! Be aware of this dealership, they are really bad at everything! More

Our first year we were helped by Damiano who impressed us immediately. He was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. For our second business transaction my husband called to ensure that Damiano was still there. We drove from Brampton as we only wanted to be helped by him. Once again the service was excellent and had recommended Damiano to our friends and family. In October we again called to ensure Damiano was still there and we were happy to hear that he had been promoted. Damiano introduced us to Stefan who was equally professional, knowledgeable and patient with us. Damiano was around to ensure we were satisfied and to help if required. Stefan was very accommodating with our requests as well as very efficient. Thank you Damiano and Stefan for consistently meeting and exceeding our expectations. We will be back and we will continue to refer our family and friends. More

They damaged my driver side door during the service I took my car to this dealership for spark plug replacement and they damaged my driver side door during the service and the service manager was simply I took my car to this dealership for spark plug replacement and they damaged my driver side door during the service and the service manager was simply saying it happens!!! He is so rude with customers. The service consultant Joe Puopolo was much better and helpful and tried his best to address the issue. However I believe he has a limited power to do things. Based on my previous bad experience at the same dealership I really believe the issue is the Service Manager Domenic Ismaele. He has no manner and doesn't know ANYTHING about customer service or how to even talk to a customer. Very rude. He is a jerk and that is the root of all issues in my opinion. The owner/Manager of the dealership Mr. Afshar is much nicer and helpful but I am not sure why he has someone like Dominic as his customer facing employee. Maybe they should give him some office job in the background but definitely not facing customers. This is affecting BMW repetition in general. More
Just Pathetic I brought my car to this place to fix a noise near the engine. After 2 days, they were saying " your car is fixed 70%" ???????? After 7 days, I was I brought my car to this place to fix a noise near the engine. After 2 days, they were saying " your car is fixed 70%" ???????? After 7 days, I was told by them my car had turbo charger problems and it would cost $7887 to fix. I had no option but paid $1000 to get my key back. I was completely taken that I had to pay that much money for nothing... I brought my car to a small garage to get a second opinion. They found what the real problem was and it only took 30 mins to fix; I was advised that my turbo charger had no problem. It ended up being the exhaust manifold gasket bolts causing the whole problem. They tightened all the bolts and the problem was fixed 100% !!!!!!!! I would have spent $7,887 because BMW autohaus was incompetent and negligent. This dealership made me laugh. What does 70% fixed mean?????? They couldn't fix 72% or 79%??? lol Is there any negative star rating? More
