He guided me throughout the whole process of purchasing the vehicle, he gave me lots of options in terms of options of payment and what vehicle was appropriate for my budget. I think his best trait is that he cares about the customer. He doesn't want to pressure you into doing something you don't want to do. He won't get upset if you don't buy a vehicle. He wants you to be his customer in the future as well, he doesn't just want to try and sell you the car. You can see that he cares because he tries to do things as quickly as he can for you, he tries to resolve any concerns you might have and he always tries to find a solution to things, even after you bought the car. He tries to make you feel at home when you get into the dealership, never rushes you and gives you all the time you need to look around at cars and think about your decision. He follows up with you every once in a while to see how things are going and to make sure you're happy. He gives you personal advice which makes him trustworthy. Not saying this is the best dealership to get your BMW, all I'm saying is this is the go to guy to buy your new car from. Present or future, I'll always go to Moe first. More

I cannot believe that this could happened on my new car. When I talked to the service manager, he is so aggressive and refuse to pay compensation to me. And said that could happened in any other dealership. WTFFFFFFFFFF, so bad bad bad experience. I received zerooooo respect from them. More

A nightmare with this dealer They charged me $1150 for regular service. However, the engine signal is on on dash after I picked up my car and the car is rumbling as I drive. I have to return my car to them in the following day. To my surprise, the service provider told me that they will charge me another $1100 for the second testing and fixing the problem with the ignition coil. My car is 2011 328 series with only 35k-km. I drive very well before I send the car to them. is it the technician did some bad thing with my car and cheat the customer? More

Awesome sales representative (Moe Dastranj) I went there to lease a BMW on a Saturday from 12 till 7 PM. My sales representative was Moe Dastranj. Frankly speaking I am not a big fan of sales pe I went there to lease a BMW on a Saturday from 12 till 7 PM. My sales representative was Moe Dastranj. Frankly speaking I am not a big fan of sales person and think they don't care about anything but their commission. However my experience with Moe changed my whole idea about sales people! He had so much patient and built so many different cars for me in his computer. After so many hours when I told him I will come back tomorrow I would expect him to be mad but surprisingly he didn’t become mad and didn't push me yet helped me to make a right decision. I am so happy that I went there and thanks to Moe for helping me to choose the right car! More
