Regret going to BMW Autohaus I sent my car to BMW Autohaus for recall, after I picked it up, I went to gas station to fill gas, I found the gas cover couldn't open. I went to home, I found all the doors couldn’t lock. The manager said I need to make a schedule for the fix and I need to pay for that. BMW made the issue, why do I have to pay for that? More

When we found a better deal on the same car at another BMW dealership and purchased there, they refused to return my money. They were extremely disrespectful and bitter that we found a better deal elsewhere. In fact, they forced the dealership that we purchased our car from to give us back the money that they kept. Can you believe these entitled babies feel that they deserve $2000 for offering me a bad deal, tons of disrespect and giving me nothing. Unbelievable. Avoid these people at all costs. More

What a Shame. You know, I never quite understood how certain places got such terrible reviews up until today. I can however say that there is no smoke without fire and more than 90% of BMW Autohaus' negative reviews point to Domenic Ismaele's incompetence as a manager (see https://www.dealerrater.ca). I think it's safe to say that I am not the only person that wonders how this incompetent being represents such a renowned brand. As a matter of fact, this imbecile should be billed for damaging the image of Bavaria Motor Works. I'd visited this location in Aug. 2016 just before purchasing my car (from a non-bmw dealership). At the time, I spoke with Felicia Yim who had not only advised me, but also penned down on paper, that my warranty didn't run out until "1/19/2018 EXP. up to 160,000KM" (till this day, I have the ORIGINAL document that shows what she wrote down as a reiteration of what she had voiced to me that day). As she reassured me of this "bumper-to-bumper" warranty, and they had just finished some minor repairs which were covered under this same warranty, I went back to the dealership and advised that I was 100% in the deal for the car at the asking price. Needless to say, my discovery of the duration of this warranty was a big factor in my purchase. It wasn't too long after picking up the car that I noticed some rattling sounds in the front-right speakers but thought to myself "good thing I still have my BMW warranty until 2018".. right? Plus, BMW dealerships were momentarily hard to get booked-in with, so I decided to just wait till I had "real" maintenance issues affecting drivability before investing the time in a visit. May 26, 2017 - I sent Felicia Y and email asking her when I could get booked-in for maintenance (4-wheel alignment, wiper blade change, speakers, amidst other things). It would appear she lacked the common courtesy of responding to a customer inquiry as until this day, I am yet to get a response. In lieu of a response, I found PFAFF BMW Mississauga which has amazing online reviews & went there instead. They got my maintenance done but brought to my attention that after diagnostics, the speaker repair would cost me $702 as they do not see my car as still under warranty in the system. As you might imagine, this had me quite surprised. I told them that BMW Autohaus had advised me (and written down) otherwise. June 5, 2017 - I am at BMW Autohaus. Felicia Y (the root of my problem) is "not in office". I ask for service manager. I first relay my concerns to another Service Rep. He pulls up my VIN# in the system to tell me that my warranty expired 2016 NOT 2018 adding that Felicia must've made an error "or maybe she was looking at another VIN". I request again to speak directly with service manager. At this point, I am advised that he had "just stepped out". Rather convenient "stepping out" huh? I am reassured that he would give me a call soon. I leave. Not up to 5 mins after leaving, I get a call from Domenic Ismaele (Low & behold, Hoodini reappeared). Domenic is quick to dismiss my concerns basically adding that despite the fact that Felicia Y gave me wrong information, there was absolutely nothing that they can do for me (yes, I asked him this again so he could maybe hear just how much reasoning his words lacked & he still boldly, and quite rudely said YES). Note that at no point in the call did this imbecile even apologize for the inconvenience that all of this has caused me thus far - zero empathy towards a customer that has clearly been misinformed. Domenic is rude, poorly mannered and quite frankly, incompetent of representing the BMW brand & i can say all of this after speaking with him today. I have now taken this up with BMW Head Office and am now awaiting their call. More

First time BMW buyer -- great experience! I was sold my first BMW by Sean Sheibani. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He was very calm, kind and knowledgeable. There wasn't a feeling of being pressured and he really made us feel relaxed and not rushed. What can be a very daunting and stressful situation was very easy and enjoyable. Our delivery specialist was Andrei Podeanu and he was just incredible. He was so knowledgeable and spoke at a speed and in a way that allowed me to really absorb a lot of info. The navigation and media systems are more complex than I was used to. and Andrei was very patient with me. At no time did I feel rushed and left the car lot feeling confident and excited about my new car! More
