Nearly every experience at this dealership is an unsatisfactory one, where I did not feel like a valued customer. I just keep going back because it happens to be close to my home, and the original unsatisfactory one, where I did not feel like a valued customer. I just keep going back because it happens to be close to my home, and the original contact I have with this dealership is a friend of a friend. The test drives are short, where you just go around a city block, in 50-60 zones with lots of traffic, so you never get to really try out the car. 2 days in advance of the day, when I tried to change the delivery appointment time for my new car, the staff was curt and rude, and said that was impossible. Previously, whenever I took my car in for service, the waits for shuttle cars took hours, and the service reps were rarely pleasant. This is the last time I will ever deal with this dealership. I'm going to Town and Country or another dealership in the future for service. The only saving grace is Maria Anghel, an experienced and well-respected Business Manager, who is extremely professional and cordial to deal with. Otherwise, stay away. More
If there is a poll of who is the absolute worst dealership in Canada .... BMW Autohaus gets my #1 vote. Long story short, I visited many GTA BMW dealerships in search of a deal for a 2013 M5 (wi dealership in Canada .... BMW Autohaus gets my #1 vote. Long story short, I visited many GTA BMW dealerships in search of a deal for a 2013 M5 (with a trade in needed to be appraised accordingly), my contact was Alex S. as I explained to him that I was looking to get a real appraisal for my car done first and if the trade in quoted was favorable, I will then consider dealing with that dealership. My visit there somehow offended him as he claimed I should not shop like that as I was forcing other dealerships to fight for my possible purchase which in his opinion is disrespectful to his dealership. This was then escalated of him by sending out emails to other dealerships' sales manager warning them NOT to have any dealing with me. At the end, a couple of those dealerships actually thought they have never saw such childish behavior from a sales manager and even laughed it off. Autohaus loss is another dealership gain. At the end, I have a successful deal done at Town + Country BMW and took delivery of a M5 recently. More
