Well good luck with that, it seems the sales turnover is extensive and no one recalls having seen anything like that on paper until my sales person shows it to service. Going in for my second oil change , it’s not only not on the service screen but my sales person is gone,, no help from anyone. I will never bring my car in for service here again, did I mention it’s my second car from this place, we’ll they lost a customer. More

Complete Incompetence The absolute worst customer service. The workers are extremely unprofessional over the phone and are inconsistent with the information they give. Phone etiquette is non-existent for both the service department and the front desk. I would not trust any person working here with my car. I also will never go to any Volkswagen dealership again after the experience I had here. I would rather pay more money anywhere else than waste the amount of time I did again with their complete incompetence. Whoever is in charge of service at this location really needs to be reevaluated. The service is a complete scam and the used cars sold are not safe to drive. More

Wish there was a negative star option. Steer clear of this dealership, have had nothing but bad experience with them. Started with the sale ending with the service. Sales person I dealt with had very little knowledge of the product, General Manager is unreasonable and rude, service department is shady. Went for a winter tire swap once and was recommended an alignment at 15000 km, unbelievable. Service manager Nick contradicts himself on recommendations, just cannot be trusted. Don't bother getting VW Canada involved as they work in tandem with the dealership, it's all one big scam. Don't forget about the Diesel scam with this brand, stay away from VW. I'm honestly surprised by some of the high ratings, 4 years of dealing with this dealership and not one pleasant experience. More
