unreliable customer service..fishy behaviors!! I arrived as early as their opening time 9 AM, so i waited in my car for a good 15 mins until everyone gets their coffee and balances their caffeine I arrived as early as their opening time 9 AM, so i waited in my car for a good 15 mins until everyone gets their coffee and balances their caffeine level..otherwise you know what kind of kind of service you will get! when i entered, no one bothered to greet me! i have purposely walked by 2 sales consultant so they just looked at me and they didn't bothered! oh, i though may be they sold enough cars for a day that just started, who knows, its VW! then i went to explore the 2018 VW tiguan which i liked very much, there Krisan approached me and he was very professional, he did explained all i want to know and went for a test drive. Excellent! i liked the car and i put my offer ..back and fourth ..deal is done. after 2 weeks, i followed up my self to check when is the bloody car! then he told me, they cannot find the one with Sunroof and they are still checking..fair enough..another week passed by, bad i have made the call, the guy was busy and he texted me later that my car is still in transit,later he says , they took it back to the factory and fix the sunroof, i said where, he said Mexico!! later the other sales manager called Ali, called me and said they cannot find my car!! so it took VW, one of the Giant Auto makers in the world- 3 weeks to come back and tell me .. THEY CANNOT FIND MY CAR...HELLOOO, i didn't sign for a MASSERATI or Aston Martin or some Crazy Fast and Furious extreme specs !! its just a bloody Tiguan Confortline!!! was it really a struggle? i went back to take my refund and the sale manager didn't even show a sign of apology for the delay in response or anything! i didn't even bother and i was happy that i didn't get the car from this dealership, coz the costumer service is not what i was expecting, its below par.. i will not go back to this dealership as i already lost confidence in their service. More

The lowest priced German designed vehicle I respect its acceleration but not their maintenance costs or service standards. If you pick up a car from the dealership after and the check engine l I respect its acceleration but not their maintenance costs or service standards. If you pick up a car from the dealership after and the check engine light comes back on that means you are in dealing with mechanics that did not care about there jobs. If and when the EPC light comes on just give it away. Electrical issues in Jetta almost made driving the Passat a hazard. More
Delightful Vehicle delivery made Unpleasant by GSM I booked my Passat Highline on Wednesday 18th of October and was really happy Rashemm Saigal and Krzystof Staskowiak went out of their way to ensure I booked my Passat Highline on Wednesday 18th of October and was really happy Rashemm Saigal and Krzystof Staskowiak went out of their way to ensure we got the best deal and got a proper test drive (Even to my wife who is a novice driver). Kudos to them for staying till late in the showroom that day and helping us on getting the deal finalized. We booked Winter tires along with the vehicle. The vehicle delivery was scheduled on Saturday 20th of October 2018 at 10 am. On reaching the showroom, we saw an offer of 500 Cad off on Winter tires if you buy any pre-owned or New vehicle. We enquired on why the offer was not extended to us (please note the word “enquired and not argued”). The Sales Manager Vince Woo, very curtly and in absolute rude, harsh (falling short of words) replied, “your deal was of Thursday and this offer is of today, if you want this offer, I will give you today’s pricing. Are you ready to pay it?”. Post which the feeling of buying the vehicle was completely soured and we really left the showroom in jiffy feeling insulted. All the way back home we were more in anger mood than in enjoying new ride mood?. We were really shocked the way a General Sales Manager could speak to a customer. I have been in service industry since a long time, never saw this kind of attitude of sales personnel. It really left a absolute bad taste for the showroom and for the company. Does 500 CAD really matter so much when we are making a deal worth 35K and more? More so a polite refusal would have also been accepted and fairly reasonable as we do understand for being in industry for profit reasons and not for social cause more so we were more in ecstasy of the new car and it would not have made issue for it. We really promise not to step in your showroom’s or service centre (GOD forbid if I have to under undue circumstances). I wish to give to references to Rashemm but if that’s the attitude of GSM, then it makes me wary of doing it. More

Well good luck with that, it seems the sales turnover is extensive and no one recalls having seen anything like that on paper until my sales person shows it to service. Going in for my second oil change , it’s not only not on the service screen but my sales person is gone,, no help from anyone. I will never bring my car in for service here again, did I mention it’s my second car from this place, we’ll they lost a customer. More
