He is either brand new or doesn't know his product very well, as he can even show us how to open the trunk with the key fob. Obviously, no instruction on how to use all function of the car. Only insincere apologies. Difficult to speak to service agents, they promise to call you back, but never do. You need to call them several times to speak to someone, only for someone to apologize and then do nothing to help. Just avoid Volkswagen all together. More

Raffeek and Joseph helped me in choosing the right car for myself,Volkswagen Passat. They were helpful and demonstrated professional manner through the whole buying process. They were friendly and polite to me as well.Joseph answered a lot of my questions and Rafeek delivered my car for me once I went to pick it up. Also the financing manager, John was wonderful to me .Most of all,my experience at the dealership was great and I would recommend anyone to go to the dealership and consider of buying a new car for him or herself!!! More

Completely Dishonest.. I went for the service for my brand new Jetta, I spent three hours. they CLAIM that they changed my oil, checked my brakes which i realized after that I went for the service for my brand new Jetta, I spent three hours. they CLAIM that they changed my oil, checked my brakes which i realized after that they didn't. one of the employees came after one hour and said that the alignment has a problem and need to be fixed it is very urgent and it might cause an accident so I agreed for paying an extra $140.00 then they spent one more hour. after they were done, the car was still shaking on the highway, apparently they didn't do any alignment at ALL for which I already paid for. Also for the oil now it's only 3 months after the first service and the oil light is now on, it needs to be changed which means they didn't touch it since the car was brand new!! I'm highly disappointed and will never ever go back there or even buy another car from the same dealer in the future! More

Scummy and dishonest. Scummy as xxxx. I used to have better experience here until the most recent maintenance with brake flush and coolant flush, where they charged me $600 Scummy as xxxx. I used to have better experience here until the most recent maintenance with brake flush and coolant flush, where they charged me $600 for labour which supposedly equals to 5 hours of work but in actuality the car was only physically there for less than 2 hours, which means they charged $600 for 2 hours and self inflated their hourly rate of $120/hr to $300/hr! Also, it says on my final invoice that 5 hours is needed to do everything listed, yet somehow magically they did "everything" in less than 2! IMPOSSIBLE! I call B. S. on that! So I called Nicholas the manager regarding what his service advisor, Brandon, did after Brandon dodged all my boyfriend's calls last night, and same B. S.! "They are all packaged deals so the time it says on the invoice will not reflect what the time it actually took for your car to be worked on, but we will still charge you the same rate." okay... But if the time listed and the time spent is even REMOTELY similar, then fine, but... 5 hours vs 1.75 hours respectively, that's utter ridiculous. Nicholas, to be honest, my family had good past experience with you before you had been promoted, but since promotion .. Wow... Just despicable. When I left your facility, after driving around for less than 1 minute, a warning light came on the dashboard which caused me to have to bring the car back.... after this so-called packaged maintenances... Since the time difference is so significant, I am starting to wonder if everything that was listed and charged that was supposed to be done was even completed or done properly at that. Since no fairness could be achieved after calling this so called useless service manager, we have filed a complaint with VW headquarters about your scummy dealings against the Dilawri group and 401 Dixie Volkswagen. More
