Bad Experience I made a deposit buy Volkswagen Atlas SUV. But unfortunately I could not arranged the security deposit and cancel the purchase. Next day morning I asked for the deposit refund and the salesperson asked me to come to dealership to take the deposit any time. I went to the dealership The salesperson informed the business manager and asked me to wait. He kept saying wait for 5 minutes. Business manager left the dealership by saying that the another manager will refund the money. They kept me waiting till 9 pm and they said they don’t refund the money after 5pm. More

Initially I had issues with my AC compressor after one month from which I took the car. When I went to other VW dealership to fix this issue, they figured that the engine modification done by 401 dixie Volkswagen was not done properly due to which there were many leakages in the cylinder line. They said it’s a major issue and they didn’t recommend me to use the car in that condition. When I bought the car from 401 dixie Volkswagen they said the car is all inspected, and nothing is wrong with the car. Never again go to 401 dixie Volkswagen for anything. They don’t know how to work on the cars or how to speak to a customer. More

Dealship not owing VW car issues despite extended warranty We have three VW cars, Recently two of my cars are having same issues, both occurred at the same time, car key stuck up, engine is running but could n We have three VW cars, Recently two of my cars are having same issues, both occurred at the same time, car key stuck up, engine is running but could not turn off car engine. Head to struggle a bit, watched you tube videos and finally with the struggle turnoff car engine. Spoken to VW Dixie 401 (from car was purchased), setup time, went today at 7:30 AM. I was told to pay $160 for diagnose fee and more money I have to pay to fix the issue and they do not see any recall for this problem (i would recommend to go online and see many vw have car key issues). One of my VW Jetta has extended warranty, they also refused and asked me the same to pay $160 and they will figure it out, if this issue does not cover warranty, I have to pay to fix the issue (....?). One car was bough in 2015 and another was bought in 2012 (with extended warranty). My wife is having arthritis cannot turn off the engine by herself, so basically vw car is not driveable any more. I had extremely bad experience with this VW car MGF and the dealership. I will NOT buy anymore VW and I will not recommend anyone as well. A very frustrated customer of VW. More

Not only did they make us comfy, they even made my 18 month old son comfy with stuffed animals ! Super friendly staff, I bought a used SUV (trade in). Ryan was extremely helpful during this process. Kris from finances worked super hard at getting myself approved even with a low credit score . I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car ! Check out Ryan and kristoph!!! I have leased numerous times from VW This was my 4th time for VW Jetta. On June 27th the deal was made for leasing a new 2019 Jetta. Arrangements were made for July 4th pick up. When I arrived at scheduled time I was to wait a short time until Rhiana came only to tell me that there was a bit of a confusion & that the car was not here as that car had been previously sold. After waiting for almost one hour I was told by her manager the same thing. But I never received a phone call or email stating this & they had both home & work phone numbers & my email. So a wasted trip to sit there for almost 1 1/2 hours to be told no car. When I told them my insurance was only for today her manager said I just needed to call the insurance company & let them know. I told them they needed to call the insurance company. Rhiana called & we had to wait again while on hold. Then arrangements were made for Thursday, July 11th for pick up. Rhiana said she would call me Friday, July 5th or Monday with new serial number for my insurance. I never heard from her until Tuesday, July 9th & time was incorrect so arrangements still stood for July 11th. When I went in to pick up the car on Thursday, I had another 1 hour wait until I had to go & re-sign all the paperwork again as this was a new vehicle agreement. When I sat with Joseph he said I did not look too happy for someone that was getting a new car. When I told him all the crap I went through he seemed surprised but when I asked for some kind of compensation nothing was said. Even when I said who do I speak to in regards to this worst experience he suggested website....but there is no one here to speak to so next step is the store manager I guess. Payments had to be adjusted & waiting time is beyond believable. Will never deal with the dealership again. It would not let me submit unless I gave it one star but really NO rating as I could not even give them 1 star & I wrote on the survey that I was given prefer not to answer as worst experience ever. Worst experience for buying a new vehicle. They don’t have time for the client once the deal is done and secondly they will schedule the pick up as per their convenience. Once the deal is done they will approach for the customer service changes to very low level. Always focus on their priority and work schedule but does not consider the client Schedule and unexpected circumstances. They will not even answer the call when the client need the information even after leaving a message for the sales rep but when they call we should be attending their call otherwise they will just ignore you.
