He was disrespectful and looked down on not only on us but his employee infront of us. Volkswagen stands for the 3H - human, humor and honest and he did not possess any of those qualities. From a true Volksfan, we felt the brand did not give us the loyalty we deserved and they lost us to another. More

Responded when I wanted VIN So I could check out how many owners n verify kms posted by previous owner etc. Disclo initial inquiry within minutes. Business manager left the dealership by saying that the another manager will refund the money. They kept me waiting till 9 pm and they said they don’t refund the money after 5pm. More

When I went to other VW dealership to fix this issue, they figured that the engine modification done by 401 dixie Volkswagen was not done properly due to which there were many leakages in the cylinder line. They said it’s a major issue and they didn’t recommend me to use the car in that condition. When I bought the car from 401 dixie Volkswagen they said the car is all inspected, and nothing is wrong with the car. Never again go to 401 dixie Volkswagen for anything. They don’t know how to work on the cars or how to speak to a customer. More
