Since purchasing my vehicle, I have consistently relied on your team for service, despite the higher pricing. Unfortunately, I was not informed about my battery's deteriorating condition during my visits. Given the warranty policy of two years or 40,000 km, it is concerning that my car, which was driven only 40,200 km, fell outside of warranty without prior notification. More

Thank you prahabpreet and jimson as always for your service i wanted to say my apologies to Jimson for the last time by mistake i gave 8/10 because i was not happy with the PDI that the first time i go service i wanted to say my apologies to Jimson for the last time by mistake i gave 8/10 because i was not happy with the PDI that the first time i got my car the coolant level was not checked and it was low the forst day i hot the car. Thats why i gave 8 but apparently it affected on Jimson son he told me last time that why i was not satisfied so it was a total misunderstanding. More
Informing the dealership about my tire swap that they have my tires stored with them still I have to wait for five hours to get my tire swap because tires were not available at the store so what’s the po have my tires stored with them still I have to wait for five hours to get my tire swap because tires were not available at the store so what’s the point of informing them in advance if they can’t get the tires in time and then in return they were blaming the customer that you didn’t inform us and it is minimum time which will take to get the service done. I had my seven services done with Hyundai, but none of those services took five hours to get it done. I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I went there twice and both the times I had this kind of experience. I’m not going back there anymore. More
