I’m somewhat disappointed with my recent pre-owned vehicle purchase from this dealership. My decision to buy was heavily influenced by promises made during the sales process, none of which were honour vehicle purchase from this dealership. Since then, I’ve had to make multiple trips back to the dealership to receive items originally promised, including the correct floor mats and second key, paint chip touch ups and even the detailing we were told would be done, not to mention the hours of waiting at the dealership on top of that. Furthermore, the sales manager offered compensation for this trouble, yet my attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful and I haven’t heard anything in weeks. More
