Went for a problem with my horn on my 2023 Kona. It is covered by warranty which has been extended by Hyundai due to it being a problem with manufacturing and design. He was helpful, informative and accommodating with respect to questions I had about other features on my car. I bought my car from the dealership new at a cost of over $41,000 all in and this was my first problem with my car, but I had questions about safety features, specifically auto-braking. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions completely. I have dealt with many Service Advisors over my life and found Marco to be courteous, helpful and efficient, every quality I would look for to represent my business.
