We purchased a vehicle from Trevor S. eight yrs ago and were ecstatic to reconnect with him for our purchase. Trevor knows the minute details of ALL the vehicles. He left no stone unturned when he educated us about the features of what we were interested in. He was reasonable, professional in our negotiations. Trevor consistently demonstrated a desire to make this the most positive experience we could ever have. Kyle P. was the Sales Manager we worked out the final details with. I hope he's recognized for his phenomenal customer service. Professional, extremely knowledgeable and down to earth are words I'd use to describe Kyle. We had several questions after our purchase and Kyle was always available to support us and if he didn't have the answer, he ensured we'd get one in a timely manner. Lastly, Steffan was our Finance Manager. Again, he demonstrated a commitment to helping us get the additional coverage at an affordable price, in a fair manner. The 401 Dixie Hyundai dealership is very large with a number of vehicles to explore in their showroom. The staff members are friendly and welcoming, and they are very enthusiastic about negotiating a dea number of vehicles to explore in their showroom. As with most dealerships that are trying to maximize profits (i.e. all of them), honesty is a fleeting consideration in the ‘negotiation’ process, even when the customer is well-informed and educated about the product and the process. Most troubling is the lack of commitment to after-sales care and consideration for their customers (at least this customer). Little things mean a lot, and it’s the neglect of the “little things” that should have potential customers considering other purchasing locations (if possible). More
