Disappointing Experience at 401/Dixie Hyundai Dealership I recently visited the 401/Dixie Hyundai dealership for an oil change on my 2024 Hyundai Palisade. To my surprise, I was charged $286, Dealership I recently visited the 401/Dixie Hyundai dealership for an oil change on my 2024 Hyundai Palisade. To my surprise, I was charged $286, significantly higher than my previous oil change at a different dealership ($168). When I inquired about the price discrepancy, I was told that every dealership has a different price chart. After reviewing my previous receipt of oil change with 401/Dixie, I returned to the dealership and, thankfully, received a refund of $101.24. While I appreciate the partial refund, the initial overcharge and lack of transparency raised concerns. I hope the dealership will revisit their pricing consistency and communication. More
