Oil and Filter Change...14 years later :) I've been coming to 410Dixie Hyundai for 14 years. Jody (Service Manager) is absolutely wonderful and even if I didn't buy another Hyundai product (Hy I've been coming to 410Dixie Hyundai for 14 years. Jody (Service Manager) is absolutely wonderful and even if I didn't buy another Hyundai product (Hyundai cars x 14 yrs), I would still come to see him for information and my vehicle maintenance. It's very comforting to have that familiarity and trust. Jody is always the consumate professional with a big smile and a "can do" attitude. Long after the joy of a "new car" has worn off, seeing Jody would be the main reason I would still come to Hyundai. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a new team member, Dalano. Big sunshiny smile and very professional. Dalano took the time to explain everything that was done to my car and honestly I felt very well taken care of. Very kind and professional. I also met Mark Morrison back in the "Parts" department. Yet another polite lovely personality to add to the list of amazing personalities at Hyundai.
