So, why didn't the service dept. detect the problem with the right ball joint, in particular, when the left was repaired 3 weeks ago? Surely the service dept. mechanics could have and should have seen the problem coming? Our front assembly broke on the road. We have been dealing with 401 Dixie Hyundai for about 14 years. They usually do a much better job of keeping our car safe and operational than that. After all, we ALWAYS adhere to the maintenance schedule. P.S. Jody Clarke is an excellent Service Manager. More
