Violet calm and extremaly pleasant demeanour put me at ease and I was able to focus on the reason of my visit- buying a car. Her patience and understanding help me to make decision. Violet is very knowledgeable about Hyundai cars, she answered all my questions, explained the process of buying, financing. I was and still am impressed with her selling skills. Great Service Team I've been going to 401-Dixie Hyundai for over a year now and I haven't been let down once. I come all the way from Richmond Hill for their service. I've been going to 401-Dixie Hyundai for over a year now and I haven't been let down once. I come all the way from Richmond Hill for their service. Shelvin, Mitch, and Esteban have always been friendly and welcoming the moment I walk through the door. Always open to answer any questions. I remember one time when I was waiting for the shuttle service and they forgot to notify me that it arrived. Instead of waiting a half hour for the next one, Esteban drove me to work and also had my car washed (exterior only). That was classy service. :) They are also great making sure that servicing doesn't bust the bank, mainly for the 48K service. They suggested I do a partial service to make the payment less brutal. One thing they can do for an added touch is a complimentary exterior car wash but I think I'm being picky. Service pricing is industry average. Can't complain. Overall, It's a great place for your servicing needs! A+++ More

Jody the service manager took on the task of following thou and completing an exhausting fight with Hyundai Canada over the Warranty of My engine of 3 years. He gave me a time line for completion and held true to the time .Although I have never purchased a vehicle or brought it there for service Jody and Dixie Hyundai regained my trust and confidence that my vehicle was in good hands and treated me as if I had been a long time client. . I am a licensed Mechanic and have seen padded bills or service persons who are not fully informed and give you a feel of being ripped off. This I am pleased to say is not the case here. I hope that as customers you drop by and see for yourself. It is worth the drive/tow.Thanks R .Ramsay More
Happy owner of a Elantra GT I came in for a test drive a car. I really hadn't planned on buying a car that day. However, with people like Violet who is not only informative and amiable, but she's also patient, understanding and quite supportive. It was definitely an enjoyable experience. Violet also has keen sense of reading people. I came in just to see the Elantra GL, but she showed me the GLS as well just for kicks. It's like she knew I would like it better -- and I did. Before I knew it, I was negotiating with her and Greg as well -- who was equally as helpful and friendly. I am a big of company's who have impeccable customer service and I was not disappointed at all by 410 Dixie Hyundai. Moreso, I have had my car for over a month now and I have had no regrets whatsoever. Thank you so much for allowing my car buying experience to be so positive. Keep up the good work. This being my first Hyundai (Genesis sedan) I am so impressed I am a 53 yo professional and have owned several flagship vehicles from BMW to Cadillac. This being my first Hyundai (Genesis sedan) I am so impressed with the customer service and friendliness provided by all staff at Dixie Hyundai. I purchased my vehicle from Mr. Wei (Kang) and I feel that the honesty and desire to make me happy was more important than just making a sale (btw, I was his very first customer). Each time I had taken my vehicle for an oil change or the smallest repair, it was always done in a most and courteous manner and I always left happy and content with Dixie Hyundai service. Yesterday (03.02.15) I was getting some fluid changed on the engine and due to the time constraints and my son requiring a daily visit to the hospital I was left without a vehicle. Well..no worries; Anna stepped up and provided me with a rental vehicle. Since the dealer shuttle was not around, Anna drove me in her personal vehicle to the car rental agency so I would not be late. Dixie Hyundai may be a smaller car dealership than other dealerships in the area, but it's run a group of professionals and people that care and will make every attempt to make their customer always happy.
