I find him to be friendly, cooperative and very knowledgeable. I have stopped in at times for advice only and he has taken the time to talk to me and advise me. He is very professional and regularly 'goes the extra mile' to keep me a satisfied customer. I most often have had Robert look after me when I take my vehicle in for service but if he is not available, the other service advisors are also very good. More

The Service Advisor, Todd Servan I went in for a no charge (under warranty) oil change on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 and had another great experience! The Service Advisor, Todd Servant, was his usual courteous and super fast and efficient self! My oil change was done on time and in good time and he ordered me a cargo net for my vehicle and called me two days later to say that it was in. It is always a pleasure to have my vehicle dealt with at Toyotatown when Todd Servant is working! I will go no where else to buy a vehicle or have a vehicle serviced other that Toyotatown because of the great service I get from Todd! Again, well done! More
