Ten years of exemplary service First introduced by a friend to Ken Yates back in 2001 when I bought a new Toyota Corolla. After moving to Toronto I continued to deal with ToyotaTown First introduced by a friend to Ken Yates back in 2001 when I bought a new Toyota Corolla. After moving to Toronto I continued to deal with ToyotaTown (excuse to visit friends...). In 2005 I traded the Corolla for a new Echo hatchback (a fantastic commuter car) and then in 2008 Ken guided me into a new Yaris which served me well for another 3 years. One of my London friends still has the Echo and is a regular customer at ToyotaTown. I knew I could rely on Ken for an honest response to any queries I had. I have since moved on, but still occasionally keep in touch. I would strongly recommend contacting Ken Yates at ToyotaTown if you are in the market for a new Toyota or Scion. More

GREAT CARS GREAT SERVICE WE have been Toyota people since the early 1990'S and we have always had Ken Yates as our sales representative. He is friendly, polite, hard -working, WE have been Toyota people since the early 1990'S and we have always had Ken Yates as our sales representative. He is friendly, polite, hard -working, informative, and pays strict attention to our budget requirements. He has sold us Tercels, Carollas, Echos, and a Yaris.This time we finally got our Rav 4 and we are delighted with it. With these snowy days we find it handles so well. It is good to know that should we have any concerns Ken or the service department is just a phone call away and we know our questions will be answered promptly. Our children are also Toyota drivers. They know the worth of a dependable vehicle. We have recommended Ken and Toyota Town to our friends and they too have purchased from Ken and thanked us for leading them in their search for a great car.
