We were in the market for a vehicle for our 21 year old grandson, who attends University. We, naturally, went straight to ToyotaTown. There we met Baz Afara. We told him what we were looking for, and what we wanted to consider and see. Baz was most helpful, interested to help us, and offered a few suggestions of his own. Another salesperson, Ken Yates, that we've known previously, suggested that a "lightly-used" vehicle might suit our need perfectly. And that was what we purchased. The entire experience was smooth, without complication. The wonderful people at ToyotaTown did everything to expedite and process, and they presented us with a vehicle that looked, felt, and even smelled like a brand new car, even though it is two years old -- such a great detailing job they did. Baz replied to our several phone calls promptly. He was proactive with several ideas and recommendations. He explained everything clearly. Excellent Staff, Great Dealership and Experience My wife and I came to Toyota Town in London in search of a new vehicle for her, and Ken immediately was able to assist us in finding exactly what she My wife and I came to Toyota Town in London in search of a new vehicle for her, and Ken immediately was able to assist us in finding exactly what she needed in a 2019 Corolla Hatchback. His knowledge of the vehicles coupled with his experience in financing within the budget we gave him ended up giving us an excellent experience. All of the people at Toyota Town including Ken were wonderful to work with. (In fact so great that I decided to trade in my own competitor brand vehicle for an all new 2019 Tacoma.) Moving up to a Lexus We went to meet with Sylvia Donovan to trade a Tocoma truck, the reason for the truck has changed. We thought we would be trading for another Rav4 bu We went to meet with Sylvia Donovan to trade a Tocoma truck, the reason for the truck has changed. We thought we would be trading for another Rav4 but a new model. We felt the new model did not have any deals and the interest rate was too high. Sylvia suggested looking at the Lexus NX300. My first sitting in the SUV, I knew this would be the best lease for us. We were going to Florida so when we picked up the Lexus, we left immediately for Florida from the show room. It was the best drive we have had. Tom has a bad back and he was ready to sleep in the SUV since the seats were so comfortable. This was the best lease we have had and that we were able to afford with the rebates and low interest rate. We are both very impressed with the Lexus NX300. Thank you so much Sylvia for suggesting this vehicle to us, we both love it. More
