Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Toyota parts and services. Jason was friendly and Lucas at the desk was great, however the services all around were awful! Offering a complimentary car wash parts and services. Jason was friendly and Lucas at the desk was great, however the services all around were awful! Offering a complimentary car wash and not doing it and being told “well it doesn’t get everything” LIES, every part of the car was still the same. But that wasn’t the worst part, attempting to charge the customer again and then realizing I was overcharged a month ago when I purchased the part was all together different. The problem was fixed however it took several days and people to talk to. The reputation at Toyota is pretty accurate sadly and this visit proved that the service is awful! More
