This dealer does not put its customers in high esteem. It will look for any excuse to get out of taking responsability to make things right with mistakes it makes to it's customers. I came in to have a tire repaired and also swaped out my winter tires and rims. First, even though they didn't repair my tire, they where still wanting to charge me over $40 to repair it. They did change and took the repair charge off saying it was an oversight. Then when I went out to get my Hghlander, the first thing I noticed is one of the covers I have used for the last two winters was missing. The technician DID NOT put them on properly and I was told by John that they where the wrong size. He told me that I was a smart man and should be able to see that. That is the same as saying your stupid for not seen that the covers don't fit. The covers fit my 18 inch snow rims since I've had the Highlander in 2021. He proceded to tell me 2 covers where brocken. Before I put them into my car I made sure the covers where not brocken or in bad shape. The way the covers where put on showed the technician didnt know how to put covers on. They where put on wrong and he/she damaged them when he/she put them on. A good technician would have owned up to his or her mistake as the dealership should have done. This is my last time going to this dealership for anything including buying a vehicle from them. They hold the spot for been one of the worst dealerships in Canada and don't listen or try to improve their quality of service. The technician also didn't clean the snow off of my car. This dealership is so busy in most cases you have to wait weeks to months to get an appointment. I may be one customer that complains, but I bet I'm not the only one. John should be ashamed for what he said to me and apologize. The covers may not be to the standard of one's made by Toyota, but I know when a person is working their way out of taking responsibility for a problem. He may have agreed to pay for half of a new set of covers, but in the long run, John should have agreed to buy me a replacement and not say "your a smart man Mark and you can see the covers don't fit" whitch is not true. If put on properly the first time without braking them while putting them on, the covers will stay on the whole winter. Last year the technician at Canadian Tire put them on and they stayed on all winter. I came into the dealership to get a low tire fixed and the technician was right the tire couldn't be fixed because of not enough tread. Then to charge me for a repair is wrong. They also repaired my lights above my passengers seat in the second row. They charged me for two lights when I already had the bulbs in my coffee holders. He/she used one of them, but I was still charged for two bulbs. This dealership is not a very professionaly run service department in my opinion. There are good people there but the quality of service is below reproach. I know and believe nothing will be done about this, so I will be taking my Highlander to a different place for repairs. More

Jason was able to provide a service appointment under short notice and arrange a shuttle as well. Much appreciated! Shuttle driver (Rick or Rich) was courteous and friendly. LaToya is amazing. 😊 She is professional, patient, and very courteous. She listens to your concerns and treats you with respect. She follows through on everything and never misses a beat. She always remembers the 10% discount which is greatly appreciated!!! I've been with Toyota-Town for over 20 years and have had some bad experiences with two service advisors in particular. Fortunately only the two in 20 years but I must say, I would follow LaToya to any dealership should she choose to move on. Keep doing what you're doing LaToya! And THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! Jason is extremely rude and condescending. ☹☹☹ He ignores your calls and emails and when you are there for service he is always in such a hurry that you can't trust what he does. He makes you feel like your concerns are ridiculous and dismisses you and the concern. He was my service advisor (thankfully only) twice and I tried to talk to him about a problem that he kept on ignoring regardless of how many times I brought it up. I ended up requesting another advisor who found the problem that Jason so blatantly ignored. Perhaps he doesn't like dealing with females when it comes to vehicles, I don't know. I'm just happy he's no longer my advisor. Toyota and the service department/technicians, however, are great! More

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Todd on my Rav4 for over a year. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and puts the customer first. Todd is my choice for service advisor whenever I'm at Toyoyatown. I ha over a year. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and puts the customer first. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Toyota parts and services. Jason was friendly and Lucas at the desk was great, however the services all around were awful! Offering a complimentary car wash parts and services. Jason was friendly and Lucas at the desk was great, however the services all around were awful! Offering a complimentary car wash and not doing it and being told “well it doesn’t get everything” LIES, every part of the car was still the same. But that wasn’t the worst part, attempting to charge the customer again and then realizing I was overcharged a month ago when I purchased the part was all together different. The problem was fixed however it took several days and people to talk to. The reputation at Toyota is pretty accurate sadly and this visit proved that the service is awful! More
