WOW! In previous purchase at other dealers, I always dislike wasting hours to their marketing speal, programs, warranty… etc - they have respected my expectations. I strongly recommend Colleen Buchmann as she is very professional, efficient and «  awesome « ;customer oriented I purchased many auto and other dealers in my life, OMS have truly provided outstanding customer service In addition, really enjoyed working with Scott Smith as I was looking top dollar for my trade in and we have come to an reasonable number. I am not a local resident and it s unfortunate that I will not able to experience their maintenance service . » really got a personal , friendly outstanding experience,

Our friends at T+C are the best. - James

Our friends at T+C are the best. We stopped by and of course buying cars has been a nightmare during covid. Andrew Lee and Dan Banh helped us narrow down our choices. We told them what we were looking for and they reached out when a rare used car came in. Not pushy, just looking out. Entire process was super communicative and these guys took time to explain nuances/features across years and trims. Pricing was competitive. Car had minor issues after delivery, which was a pain but service took care of it without question and was very thorough. The patience was the best, not rushed like other dealerships. The breakdown of features was helpful across models/years to help us pick.

Customer service ends as soon as the sale is complete. - jerry_8113

Customer service ends as soon as the sale is complete. General manager is absolutely useless and I can’t believe that he has a job there. Has no customer service at all. Doesn’t return calls or emails. Truck was purchased with issues and they refuse to repair it and doesn’t return calls now

I purchased a used jeep grand Cherokee ltd from this - Napoli0903

I purchased a used jeep grand Cherokee ltd from this dealership. SAN Deeb was the salesperson I dealt with. SAN was very helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles and the buying process. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They even installed new tires all the way around when the ones that were on it were ok. These guys know the value of going the extra step to make their customers happy. I would recommend them to others. They seem like a cool bunch of guys there.

My first time (after owning 4 Ram trucks) to Doyles - bing.patterson02

My first time (after owning 4 Ram trucks) to Doyles collision centre was an experience I needed to comment on. Scott and Kevin were amazing with the time they took and the patience they had well working on my damaged 2021 Ram . Delayed parts out of their control, was frustrating but the time each of them took to calm my concerns and the way they went out of their way to explain and show me calmed my nerves and made me realize I’d picked the right dealership .Despite how busy they were and my constant questions and visits to check on progress they were professional, courteous and respectful .The finished job left me pleased and satisfied completely . Highly recommend this dealership .

The salesman and sales manager were deceiving about the - Ann

The salesman and sales manager were deceiving about the price of the used car. When we were negotiating the final price, they claimed their website had the incorrect price and increased the price by $2000. We decided to walk away only to discover the next morning the vehicle was sold and the original price was not changed on their website. There are a lot of less-than-honest car salesmen and this dealership has them in abundance.

2nd jeep purchased bought extended warranty my truck is - Antoinette_

2nd jeep purchased bought extended warranty my truck is @30000, my jeep wouldn’t start, got it towed to Serpa for a partial diagnostic only on the battery and a new battery installed cost 💲 750 I’m not happy, I expressed financial hardship & was taken advantage of, then insulted by saying I need to remove my usbc charging cable & drive more that why the battery failed 😳 The crazy part is you Uconnect does not support Iphone, I can only connect my phone to the car with a wire 🤬 And why didn’t the app I pay for that gives you health checks not notify me, oh ya it’s only comfort for a fool as per the mechanic, I will never buy a jeep again Toni

Armin was the sales associate who approached my wife and - Wilkin

Armin was the sales associate who approached my wife and me when we were at Bell Auto. He informed And showed us of all cars available within OUR price range and took us to the cars we like. He explained in detail all options that comes with the car, showed us where the buttons are and their functions, BEFORE we even did a test drive. He is very Honest, showed us any small marks and other details that did exist. He asked us and made sure that ALL our questions are answered. Any of our queries or requests HE personally ensures it’s being done correctly. Amin has an extremely warm heart, and he treated us like family. We also had a wonderful opportunity to meet with Sam, Manager Karmen and the Owner, all of them a very Nice, Warm, Friendly and together creates a warm family atmosphere. We took delivery and is Happy with our purchase. If you are looking to purchase, go to Bell Auto ask for Armin. We are Happy to meet Armin and to know Bell Auto and we can only say, You will NOT be disappointed coming to Bell Auto. Excellent customer relations. Norm (sales manager) was courteous and very informative in my car buying process. I had an issue about a week and a half after bringing the car home and Ziyad (service manager) did an excellent job in getting the situation corrected quickly. I would highly recommend Jaz Auto.

Worst experience I ever had buying a vehicle. - John

Worst experience I ever had buying a vehicle. Warning light came on on my way home I called sales person and he hung up on me,, No place to park. Dealer has a problem talking on phone and doesn’t seem to want to deal with complaints. I will never go back to this dealer again. I should have paid attention to all the bad reviews.

I was looking for a used VW and it was impossible to find - Kevin Leuschner

I was looking for a used VW and it was impossible to find a quality used vw with low kilometres at a reasonable price anywhere else in the GTA. Do yourself a favour and visit NOrthwest Autohaus first before you go anywhere else to save yourself time and experience the best car that you are going to see and at a price you can afford. Add the car quality to Ben’s customer service and the dealership experience at Northwest was beyond compare.. If u hate haggling, the sticker price is the price u pay for the car. Ben goes the extra mile to make sure you r happy with your purchase and it was a pleasure to deal with him. On the day I picked up my car, it was detailed nicely, and ready at the appointed time for me, along with all the paperwork. This is the way the car buying experience should be with all major corporate dealerships..Northwest is a small independent dealership with the owner, Ben, also acting as salesman.

Its great when you buy a car but later the communication - Unhappy

Its great when you buy a car but later the communication has been poor in terms of promising to deliver on the agreement.

This was my 3rd car purchase from this dealership. - talktorazaq

This was my 3rd car purchase from this dealership. My 3rd experience was very disappointing. I bought a GMC Acadia,2011 with 235k mileage for $6000. I called Maroun, the owner because of our past relationship to complaints about the transmission and jerking concern when climbing high terrain and i was taken aback by his reaction. He told me why was I complaining because I bought a cheap car. He told me he was too busy that i should stop calling me again and cut me off the phone. I had no choice than to continue to use the car I went to another dealership to trade-in the car and I was told the car is an accidental car with 2 insurance claims on it which was not disclosed to me at the point of purchase. I used the car for 5 months with a mileage of 343k mileage and wants to trade in the car for another car and Maroun offer to buy back my car for $700 that I should go and sell the car privately and come back to buy any other car of my choice at his dealership. I just walked out of the dealership, stunned and speechless. That would be my last purchase at the dealership and advise prospective buyers to just be wary…..

I have been going to this dealership when it was a Suzuki - Auibashir

I have been going to this dealership when it was a Suzuki dealership. I always received excellent service. My son bought his cars from here and I bought 2015 Mustibishi RVR with Jimmy's recommendation. Jimmy and Sean were a great team. Since the new owner took over there has been a constant turnover of Service Managers, but the mechanics are good as my car is running smoothly.
