In my experience, I attempted to purchase a 2023 Toyota Tundra listed on AutoTrader for $40,000. I signed all the required paperwork and made payment based on the agreement. Despite this, I was later informed that they would no longer be selling me the truck. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I encourage anyone considering doing business with them to ask plenty of questions and ensure everything is confirmed before proceeding. Let’s recap why this deal fell through. Instead of trying to shift the blame onto me, take responsibility for what actually happened. The vehicle wasn’t the right Toyota, you decided it was worth $10,000 more than the agreed-upon price after the paperwork was completed, and you chose not to honour the agreement that had already been signed. Rather than acknowledging these mistakes, you’ve continued to avoid responsibility. You also chose to disclose the town I live in and mention that my mother called, neither of which had anything to do with the transaction. I’m unsure what purpose that was meant to serve, but it came across as immature and unprofessional. Businesses should be accountable for their actions. When mistakes happen, the professional response is to acknowledge them and work toward a resolution—not deflect blame or bring unrelated personal information into the discussion. More

They sell vehicles that are unsafe . . Whoever safeties the vehicle is not doing it right ...bought a vehicle and within 2 days everything that could go wrong did .... they made us drive . And we had to leave the vehicle there again dint even drive out the lot ..eventually they wouldn't even look after us anymore ... we dint even own the car for a month I had to get rid off it it was extremely unsafe.. Beware of this dealership, at first I thought they were stand up guys but after they made a mistake on price and then put on the bill for me to pay.
