Ensure you ask for Ethan Yang! We are from Sarnia, Malik was horrible and had stood us up from meeting on a Saturday August 2 2025, he did not let us know the dealership was closed for the long weekend. We had appeared on the lot one more time on 20 Sep after visiting so many other dealerships and I already vowed not to deal with Malik. Out walks Ethan Yang, a nicely dressed, eager and presentable young man. Ethan greatly assisted us and went out of his way to answer all questions we had, the first person in the Sarnia - London area to answer our question on which package do we need for the options we wanted (simply it was to get a powered passenger front seat, now identified as in the SL1 package, no white and no black trucks). He meticulously has us test drive various trucks with various options to ensure we had the right truck for us. Ethan then worked diligently with Dan Mock to get us the best deal we could possibly have made. I really couldn't have asked for a better salesman to assist us in this purchase. Ethan really saved the day here for us, he does deserve a huge pat on the back from his company, he took us from not wanting to deal with this company to making a sale. This is an amazing story of how one person can turn another off of a company then another can really place the company back in the limelight.

Was loyal customer and instead of discounts they overprice everything and very disappointing for many years stay away. The Service Manager has terrible customer service skills and is mister know it all but lacks experience.

Buyer beware! Find another dealer! Dont do it! After they take your money and trade ownership all communication stops. Sales ignores you. Business managers ignore you. After multiple phone calls, emails and texts going up the chain to the business manager, you might get exactly what you started with. Your money and your car back. Please don't waste your time here like I did.

I have now had two major repairs done at Erin Dodge and both times my vehicle is returned 'less clean' than it was when I took it in for service, Erin Dodge tells me they do not clean the customer's vehicle after service because they only have one detailer who is too busy. I understand there are cost restraints but to return a vehicle to a customer that has grease marks are smudges isn't acceptable. At least clean what your technician has made dirty. Speaking to management doesn't get you anywhere. So ... moving forward, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere where I feel my business is appreciated. By the way, both repairs were not minor.

Very professional and polite. They always let me know what I need and don't lie about me not needing it right that minute. My car is always taken in almost as soon as I arrive. The Dealership is always clean, with a nice place to sit. They have coffee and a vending machine. This is the only Dealership I have ever trusted with my car. And not all Kia Dealerships are created equal! Cars cost alot of money and Dealerships SHOULD look after their customers. Fortunately I'm with a Dealership that cares very much about their Customers. And I thank them every time my car goes in for Service. I truly have nothing bad to say about anyone there and believe me, I am the first one to complain if there is something to complain about.

Communication between mechanics and the front desk is lacking resulting in long wait times, no assistance if vehicle not ready on time, and dissatisfaction. We were even made to feel guilty because the mechanic had to stay later to fix the truck. If the original issue had been fixed two years and $3000 ago, perhaps we’d be happier. Everyone in this company passes the buck. It’s nobody’s fault.

Purchased a vehicle from them "as is" mind you. Took it to my garage to have it checked out and it passed safety. They didn't offer any warranty on the vehicle and the general manager seemed adamant about the fact that he bears no responsibility on this vehicle after its left. After about 2.5 months of owning this vehicle and driving it, the misfires began. I'm somewhat good with cars, so I pulled the codes, and got to work. Replaced Battery, Alternator, Sparks, Injectors, two oil changes, and paid to have Canadian Tire for labor of installing it. After I was completely fed up with dealing with this vehicle I gave up and took it to another Dodge dealership (Village Chrysler), who were very transparent, and quickly found that the down-leak test found 70% leak. They said repair costs would be close to what I bought the car at ($7500), and that I'd be better off replacing the engine. The engine always ran slightly rough at idle, but I thought it was minor. I'm sure they knew this when selling me this car, but clearly wanted to get rid of this car without replacing the engine, or putting in the hours to replace the heads, lifters, and rockers, so they though let's pawn it off to some sucker. Very disappointed with this dealership. I've done much business here, especially service for years. Will never be returning to this location. Steer away. Complete scam. The salesperson tried to privately warn me that nothing to good to be true is. I should've keyed in on that.

Owen told me I had an extended warranty on the car I was buying and then when it came time to use said warranty he ghosted me. I am a single parent, struggling to make ends meet, but I need a vehicle for my job. In May 2024, I purchased a vehicle from AutoPark. My main concerns, as I told the salesman, was that I have a reliable, safe vehicle that would be affordable for me. He assured me that the 2018 VW Tiguan he wanted to sell me was extremely reliable and safe and, given my price range, affordable. Within a week of my taking the vehicle, the EPC warning light came on. AutoPark examined the vehicle and told me I needed a new battery, which they changed at no further cost to me. Within two months, the passenger airbag light came on, as did the engine light. I have been informed that only VW can do diagnostics on their vehicles, and they charge $159 per light that turns on. When you have two lights, as I did, that cost is over $300 and that's before they tell you what's wrong and how much more you'll have to pay for repairs. Now I have two more lights: the engine and EPC lights have come on again. I have had the vehicle for less than six months and the warranty that AutoPark foisted onto me has paid for exactly zero of the diagnostics or repairs so far. To say I feel as though I've been swindled is the understatement of the year.

We'd owned an XC90 before, so this wasn't a new platform to learn, and my research told me it was the right move. I'd booked ahead with Lyana Tamin, the brand representative. She got back to me fast and had her team ready to move. The one frustration was money, not car. We spent far more time on trade in value than on the vehicle itself. The initial number was a lowball, low enough that I nearly walked. Losing a deal over a couple thousand dollars, money that gets absorbed into the lease anyway, makes no sense. Lyana stepped in and came back with a fair number, and that saved it. Tonya Thompson in Financial Services moved things along quickly once the numbers were settled. We signed the same day, about an hour total. Pickup two days later was smooth. Jonathan, the brand ambassador, was patient walking us through the new touchscreen setup and the PHEV system. One small note on presentation. Volvo as a brand stands for safety and security, and the dealership experience could do more to reflect that polish. Next to Porsche, it feels a step behind on the finishing touches, not the substance, just the shine. Good team, worth the visit. Just spend less time negotiating and more time on the car.
