Purchased a vehicle with Jermaine in December 2024, - carleymorrisseau

Purchased a vehicle with Jermaine in December 2024, dealership charged me a bunch of extra fees and an extra $899 admin fee. I tried contacting the dealership and was put in contact with Tim, the manager and he refuses to refund the duplicate $899 fee. Additionally, dealership left the gas tank on empty and the oil overfilled. Horrible customer service by Jermaine and Tim the manager who refuses to refund the extra fee or make things right. I encourage you to double check your paperwork before signing.

Within 15 minutes of leaving the dealership after picking - BM

Within 15 minutes of leaving the dealership after picking up the F-150 we had just purchased from That Car Place, we immediately discovered and notified them of serious concerns with the brakes, tires, and transmission. We had a mechanic inspect the truck the next day, and they found that 3 of the 4 calipers were bad and identified a major transmission issue. At first, we weren’t as concerned about the transmission because we were told it was covered under warranty. At the time of sale, we were provided with warranty information/pamphlet outlining the warranty coverage. However, when we contacted the warranty company, we were told no warranty had been registered and they had no records from the dealership, and that it was too late to add the warranty to the truck. Our attempts to resolve these issues became extremely frustrating, and our interactions with Sam were particularly hostile and made an already difficult situation much worse. After weeks of calls and emails, the dealership ultimately agreed to take the truck back and refund our purchase price. We do not recommend That Car Place. Based on our experience, we strongly urge buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected and verify any promised warranty directly with the warranty provider before purchasing.

Paid cash. Paid for it to be certified. heard a noise and took to my mechanic where I was informed the car WAS NOT OK. Took this to Weston Motors where I was told to wait. 30 hours later they have not returned my calls. Heck, I got the car xxxx near empty and immediately found out I had to purchase a new gas cap. Not impressed

I bought a dodge challenger from Etobicoke Motors Inc. - mclachlen

I bought a dodge challenger from Etobicoke Motors Inc. March 28/2026, 20 minutes after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on. I called the dealership that evening and advised Shan Shaukat that the check engine light came on soon after leaving. I brought the car to my mechanic March 30/2026 to have it diagnosed, the code reader read P0420 catalytic converters for both banks. I contacted the dealership again by email April 2/2026 and uploaded pictures of the code reader and the diagnoses. Emails went back and forward in which I provided 2 quotes from different mechanic shops for replacement of both catalytic converters. After many emails I settled for a refund of $1500.00 which was less than both quotes being $3700.00 and $4300.00, I settled for the refund because I wanted my trusted mechanic to do the work. The owner of the dealership kept stating he wanted his mechanic to take a look, He could do the repairs for $1500.00 max, I'd have to take time off work, travel 3 hours, stay at a hotel and be without my car for a few days. Warning lights because both quotes stated 4 hours labour. I took into consideration the cost of loss of work, travel and accommodation when settling for the $1500.00 refund. I paid an extra $999 to have a safety and certification completed which I assume was the mechanic he was taking the car back to. After receiving the etransfer of $1500.00 I called and booked an oil change and investigation on repairs, due to high volumes I was booked for June 1/2026. Once the car was on the hoist my mechanic called and advised me there is no way this car should have passed a safety. Exhaust is coming into the car because there are holes in the back end (trunk), exhaust pipes ready to fall off, the trunk is caved in, the back bumper is not attached, there are gaps in the pipe welds, it is horrendous, a total hack job, not safe at all. I have been breathing in the exhaust as well as any passenger and now can understand why I have been having frequent headaches and breathing issues. People complaining of the smell the car gives off. I have videos of the underneath, pictures and emails for proof of the situation and the fraudulent activity. I want to return this car, get my deposit back, cancel the financing contract. I have contacted the dealership again June 1/2026 by email, sending pictures and the videos requesting to return the car and no reply.

CROOKS. - May

CROOKS. If I could give 0 stars that would be more accurate. Long/frustrating story-short: my teenage son gave a $500 deposit on a lemon and they lied, argued and were incredibly deceitful and manipulating - following inspection and them agreeing to fix the issues but never following through he didn’t buy the car and they never returned his money. Crooks.

I don’t do too many reviews, but I have to say Ken - Werock2

I don’t do too many reviews, but I have to say Ken co-owner of village auto of Ancaster went beyond customer service ,his exquisite leadership is exceptional. i’ve been looking for a challenger for 2 1/2 to 3 months as a retirement gift to myself ,, now I can’t afford a brand new one because I have to watch my budget as I am retired, Soon as the car came up in one of his ads I called him and he told me that he sent the car out to get detailed. I was bugging him for days to see it so I went over and he told me the address where the car was at, fell in love with it, went back to him and made the deal. car needed tires he got brand new ones instead of used ones to pass the Safety. We both knew the car could’ve sold for more, but we made the deal . He told me about a problem the car had when he handed me ownership to the car and said he’d rectify any problem I had with the heating system. He certainly did that told me to take it to my mechanic pay for it, and he’d reimburse me , which he did. I will definitely be informing my friends family about how I was treated and how he made sure his customer was happy. I’m very happy with the purchase I made from him and village auto of Ancaster. Ken your 10 out of 10 in my books 😁 I can see why celebrities like having their picture taken with you because you are a celebrity !!

I have purchased multiple vehicles with Michael at - Trevor

I have purchased multiple vehicles with Michael at Motorway Auto and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. I have purchased over 180 vehicles over the last 30 years and I have never had another seller even come close to the honesty and integrity displayed by this fine establishment! I would not hesitate to send any family or friends to them for their vehicle needs. I had a couple of small issues after recently buying a beautiful SUV from Michael and without the slightest hesitation, he took care of all of them and went above and beyond. A stellar dealership with honesty and integrity.
