Here's a polished version in plain, everyday language that sticks to the facts:
I brought my car in on Wednesday morning and approved replacing the thermostat and housing on Thursday morning.
When I called Friday morning for an update, I was told to call back that afternoon. When I called again Friday afternoon, I was told the car should be ready on Monday. On Monday afternoon I called again and was told they still hadn't started working on it. I finally got my car back on Tuesday afternoon.
After driving it home, I discovered the thermostat housing was leaking. I had to bring the car back on Friday morning. Ironically, they completed the same repair in about half a day the second time.
The biggest issue was the poor communication throughout the process. I kept having to call for updates, the completion date kept changing, and the repair wasn't done correctly the first time. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
