The biggest issue was the poor communication throughout the process. I kept having to call for updates, the completion date kept changing, and the repair wasn't done correctly the first time. I had problem with one of my tires today and called up the Service Department and spoke to Rory Robb. He was terrific in assisting me. Mostly a minus 10 for GM 2 for dealer.
