My paper work was done earlier than was supposed to be done thank you to Gusieppe! Duke was my sales person who kept on touch with me even after the purchase to make sure I got what I need ! We now live in Mississauga and yet we would not consider going to another dealership because customer service is by far superior at Yorkdale Toyota over any other one in the GTA. (Trust me, we tried them) After browsing for about 15 minutes on our own, (No pushy sales people here) Peter H introduced himself to us and asked if we had been helped already. We hadn't and so he warmly encouraged us to ask any questions we had about the vehicle we we're sitting in. Kind, honest, and humble it was clear he was working for us, the customer. Both my husband and I were so, so happy with our experience here. Honestly it was the best service all the way around. Peter and Shun in Sales were not aggressive or pushy and we did not experience the usual staged antics that car sales men usually do in order to make the sale. Simona in Finance was extremely helpful in arranging our financing and explaining other options like warranty etc. The overall experience at Yorkdale Toyota was very good and I would recommend this dealership if you are purchasing a new car.
