My family went here when looking for a used car. Car wouldn’t even start and had to be boosted (wasn’t mentioned) but here’s the real kicker. My grandfather (72 years old and a very careful driver due to his age) was backing up while pulling out of a parking spot and because the young Toyota driver (didn’t get his name) was sitting RIGHT BEHIND his car, he tapped his license plate. Guy got out and instantly wasn’t listening to what anyone else said and was sure that he wasn’t too close to the car. He sat there and didn’t let them move for over an hour, all while they went and got 2 witnesses, and a 3rd from the actual Toyota, who all agreed that the worker was WAY too close to the car. Lo and behold, he sat there refusing to move until my elderly grandmother coughed up $170 for him to “fix his license plate”. My mother has a picture of his plate that has barely even a scratch, which was funny, as he claimed my family and the witnesses were ‘ganging up on him’ as if he couldn’t just man up and walk away/move the car with no actual damage to the car. I understand he was a young guy and maybe didn’t know better, but the fact my family then had to cough up money to fix an imaginary issue is ridiculous. (They wouldn’t have paid a dime if this kid wasn’t sitting refusing to move his car for an hour in the active dealership lot.) I wasn’t there, it was my mother, grandma, and grandpa, which makes it even worse that this useless worker figured it was okay to box them in until they coughed up cash. Absolutely shameful, will never be letting any of my parents come here again, I never will be again, and best believe any future generations that may come from me won’t be either. Horrible business. Wish I was there or had the guys name so I could get in touch with the ‘lawyer friends’ he loved to speak of. Edit that I left out on my original google review: because this young guy decided to go so hard after my elderly grandparents my grandpa has been stressed all day more than I have ever seen. Was told the price of the service was $365. 00 +taxes. Cost was $ 1,200.00 + taxes. Service manager Tony the Service Manager was not truthful in his estimate over the phone.
