I have a Toyota and love the car and used to really like the dealership. Now I cannot get through the phone lines to service and even called the service manager. No response. I needed the car, so I did end up taking the car with the adjusted price hike. but this needs to stop. Specially the manager was very rude to me, even though i was just trying to get my fair share of the deal after waiting for 6 month or so. I hope the government and Toyota looks into this crime. i didn't want to post about my story at first but after watching this video, i think it's better for people to know. More
