Long story short, after being blantantly lied to and cheated - and having a brand new car come with some small scratches, nothing was done to appease us, nor to compensate us for the time we had spent w cheated - and having a brand new car come with some small scratches, nothing was done to appease us, nor to compensate us for the time we had spent waiting for our car, and would have to wait for the car to be repaired. After demanding to be compensated (albeit, lower than we had overpaid) for a surcharge on licensing that we had put on a bill of sale, in advance, someone who was part of the management team, initiated and continued a screaming fight on the sales floor, in front of numerous staff, in which he yelled, "I do not even want to sell you a car, I do not want your business" (strange, considering we were about to drop $30,000 for a car, and over a discrepancy in our favor for $89). When I compared his lack of customer service, and gave him examples of stores in which store managers uphold promises or offers provided by sales staff, he said, "Do you THINK you can compare THIS with WALMART..." Yes..I believe I can. The employees at this dealership have a lot to learn about the service and skills theirs, and many other stores' customer service department has. This Toyota dealership was dishonest, degrading and completely dishonorable. Better spend your money elsewhere, they don't want it, nor do they deserve it. More
