Sales staff were respectful; we could explore at leisure. We had done a lot of research, and were down to a 'top 4' (2 Toyota, 1 Nissan, 1 Honda). We actually visited Yorkdale Toyota on three occasions: 1st: to 'suss out the vehicles on our list, with family members in tow (it is hard to make everyone in a family of 5 happy). 2nd visit was to proceeded with the test drive, and the 3rd to buy. We were offered assistance on all occasions, and our many questions were answered. We were given 'space' to explore 'our criteria for a vehicle' with the vehicles themselves. They gave us all the tools we required to make our decision. Despite being quite sure of our decision at visit #2, we were not given the uncomfortable 'pressure sales', nor intimidation to 'buy now'; rather, they respected our comfort level to return yet again. I have never experienced that before! Also, they offered great sales incentive; we felt we were being offered 'a good deal'. When it came to the "time to get down to business", reviewing the financial options and all that entails was a relaxed and pleasant experience as well. We are very grateful for Peter T, Sergiu, and Simona for all their help. We love our new RAV 4 Limited! More

The manager Peter Themelkos, was also amiable and professional. Together, they made the process straightforward and openly addressed any of our points of interests and points of concern. It was finalised with Simona Kahanek who laid out all warranty/coverage options in an easy-to-understand fashion. All-in-all, an excellent experience. We would use this dealer again! More

From the moment we walked in and were greeted with a huge sincere smile by New Car Manager Peter T. it was an absolutely wonderful car-shopping experience. Peter T. introduced us to Sales Consultant Peter H. who took us through from start to finish with knowledge, experience, professionalism, and patience. We wanted to replace our 15 year old vehicle, a Corolla that no longer suits our needs, and presumed we wanted a new one; we were right, especially since the interior of the new Corolla is now large enough to easily fit our tallest driver who is now 6'2" tall. We worked through the car, the promos, the financing and other details with Peter H. , Finance Manager Syed A. and Sales Consultant Chris B. who were also great team members in our car purchase process. All our questions were answered completely, phone calls were returned promptly, all the staff members we met were helpful and pleasant - and the hot chocolate was very welcome on those cool March days. He was very friendly and professional and easy to deal with. He gave us a great deal and then introduced us to Alfredo, one of his sales consultants. Alfredo took over the next day when we came in to do the rest of the paperwork. Alfredo was super friendly and very helpful. I can't think of a better new car sales experience. Alfredo and Peter made it "painless". I recommend Yorkdale Toyota highly and Peter and Alfredo in particular. More
