Mario spent at least an hour with me going over EVERY detail in my new Prius C, including connecting my phone and detailed instruction on the radio and GPS. I have never had such great service and it really makes a difference in the initial enjoyment of your new car. I would highly recommend Mario and Yorkdale to anyone wanting to purchase a new Toyota! Appalling experience! We've leased a Matrix 2014 at this dealership with the same salesperson we had previously leased a Rav 4 and another Matrix. Even being their customer of so many years, we were very disappointed with the service we've received the last time. The salesperson never told us of the less accessories and we drove a whole week without turning on the lights, an automatic feature that we had in the previous Matrix - oh yes, every year you will have less accessories with the Toyota cars! The bluetooth did not work, it actually never worked; we took the car back asking for help and no one was able to make it work, although they still refused to admit that it wasn't working. Our calls were never returned, we've finally had enough and have just leased a much better car from another maker, with excellent customer service.We were never told about this website by Toyota, thus only now I am writing this review. When doing the review of the other maker/car dealer, we have a list of all their staff, most of them with photos so we can identify them in the review and rate each one of them. I guess Yorkdale Toyota is not very keen about having customer reviews! If you still want to buy a Toyota, I'd advise you to look for another dealership, this one is terrible, from sales to services! When needed to service the Matrix we started taking it to the Ken Shaw Toyota on St. Clair West. More

I went into the dealership and signed at exactly the price that we had discussed. No hidden charges, no attempts at trying to up sell me. I had the exact opposite experience at another Toyota Dealership a few KM away. I will only buy Toyota vehicles from Yorkdale Toyota.
