Worst customer service & overpriced service So I received a call from woodchester Nissan telling me my car is now due for service so I asked how much is your service? The lady said it’s 270 or $ So I received a call from woodchester Nissan telling me my car is now due for service so I asked how much is your service? The lady said it’s 270 or $279 for oil change and filter, tire rotation and flushing and changing break fluid. I said to her that’s too much can you give me a discount any promotions going on? She started to get rude and aggrevated and said you didn’t ask for promotion earlier did you? And that she is only a human? I said I actually just asked you if you had any promotions and she replied but you don’t want to bring car now so I can’t give you promotion. I said what if I bring it now? She said I could probably give you $10 off. I reply’s that’s nothing really, she then raised her voice and said I am only human!!! Very weird lady and has no customer service training! What the xxxx is wrong with Nissan hiring people like that???? At the end I got my car serviced with Nissan Dixie for $187 plus tax Almost $100 difference, save your money, this dealer’s service is a rip off Btw the promo for oil change and filter with rotation is $99 at woodchester and at Nissan Dixie is $89 And it’s even cheaper at mr lube and alike stores, shop around my friends and teach these people a lesson not to rip off people and not to employ people with no manners More

worst manager ever they deserve less than one star, but that cant happen so...we recently bought a used vehicle (a Nissan rogue 2012) it was equipped with a rear camera they deserve less than one star, but that cant happen so...we recently bought a used vehicle (a Nissan rogue 2012) it was equipped with a rear camera along with a stereo system. the stereo stopped working all of a sudden and started on random times. the next day we took it back to get it fixed. keep in mind they had a used car policy. the manager Glen Peacock had not followed the policy. our stereo system along with the camera fell under the policy that meant they had to fix it for us for free. the manager Glen Peacock disagreed with their used car policy and didn't do anything about it. now we are planning to take him and his bushiness to court for further action. horrible customer service wouldn't ever recommend it for anyone. More
