Worst Customer Service - Don’t go here! Paid for a tire rotation, brake check and oil special for $99. For 2016 Altima . They Called me three hours later that everything is complete. When I Paid for a tire rotation, brake check and oil special for $99. For 2016 Altima . They Called me three hours later that everything is complete. When I picked up the vehicle I instantly noticed the tires were not rotated because I have curb rash on my drivers side rim which was still in the exact same spot. I adviced the service rep that I know they did not rotate the tires even tho I paid for the package. He spoke with the service tech who advised him that the tires infact did not need to be rotated. Why did they not advise me that info when I was paying for the full package ? Because they are absolute crooks! Thats why. They also tried to advise me that all four rotars and pads needed to be replaced for $1300!!!! I simply laughed and declined. I went to my local midas and had my pads replaced for a quarter of that price and was also advised my the midas tech that the rotors were in perfect condition except for a little surface rust which is not an issue at all. I have purchased 3 nissan vehicles at woodchester but I guarantee you I will never step one foot inside that crook infested dealership again. Btw good luck getting any good customer service from the service manager. He is probably the worst of the bunch. Good luck to the service department and sales department if this is how you treat your return customers. Word of advice to the service dept - Word of mouth and social media is a dangerous thing if you treat your customers poorly. More

My oil cap was left off after servicing my car and no one will take ownership. There was no remorce, no options other than myself paying for a tow truck to their dealership and repairing my car. I will NEVER return to this dealer again and will advise everyone how horrible the customer service is at woodchester Nissan. More
