Bought a 2015 Nissan Frontier Pro 4 in August 2023 from this dealership with an extended warranty. Made it home with vehicle 3 hours one way from dealership to find that truck was leaking oil from 4 differ this dealership with an extended warranty. I've had nothing but deceit and lies from the salesman to salesmansger for used cars. I've been fighting for a month to have my extended warranty cancelled and the money returned to me. Long story shortened is I brought the truck to another Nissan dealership to be fixed. They agreed to take the truck off my hands as a trade in on a brand new vehicle and quickly sold the truck to small unknown dealer. The salesmanager at Woodchester keeps telling me the refund needs to be returned to the lien holder who was paid out when I traded the truck in on a new vehicle. I paid cash for this warranty as well as putting a large deposit down on the vehicle. The money needs to be returned to me put the salesmanager insists the money will have to go to the lienholder. This dealership has been very deceitful in that they hid the fact there was still parts on back order needing to be replaced. They used a silicone sealant as a seal in the differential. Now they refuse to return my money paid for the Xtra warranty that isn't a Nissan warranty. Buyer beware of this dealership. More
I have owned 5 nissans now and I can honestly say this is by far the worst dealership I have seen. Sales people ignore you and their used vehicles are junk. Crooks is the way to describe this dealership. I see they are rated 2.9 stars out of 5, that is really pushing it. They said they did $4000 in work on this vehicle and when I requested to see the work it was less than $1000. Then vehicle was still leaking fluid. Took the vehicle to another Nissan dealer who advised this vehicle shouldn't be on the road. I don't know how Nissan Canada allows people like this to sell their product. More

My elderly father was taken advantage of! He could not read the small print on the bill of sale snd was told that the car he purchased had not been in an accident.
