worst experience ever “incompetent customer service” I brought my car for an oil change and a tire rotation and I can tell it’s been one of the worst experiences ever. I brought it on time and as schedul I brought my car for an oil change and a tire rotation and I can tell it’s been one of the worst experiences ever. I brought it on time and as scheduled, the service provider told me that the car will be ready within an hour to an hour and a half approximately. I came back 2 hours later to find my car parked outside in the same spot. When I walked inside he said “I tried to call you and tell you that the car is not ready yet”, I was like yeah thanks for telling me that 2 hours later. Anyhow, I had to take the car to go pick up my kid and come back to the dealership AGAIN and to wait for another hour or probabley more in order to get the oil change and tire rotation done. A job that should take an hour, took all day to finish. So for a future reference, whoever wants to have his/her oil changed should take the whole day off from work and hope that he/she will get the service done on the same day. More

Wasted my morning hours I had an appointment for a service maintenance at 8:45 am and at 9:30 am my car was still in the parking lot.I went upstairs to see if the service bay I had an appointment for a service maintenance at 8:45 am and at 9:30 am my car was still in the parking lot.I went upstairs to see if the service bays were full and to my surprise there were five lifters that were unused. I ask for a shuttle service when i checked in but they said the driver was still out on the road. 45 mins later he still was not there at the dealership. After all tgis i just ended up cancelling the service appointment. More

Missed opportunity Went for oil change and also asked for assessment of a whiny noise when engine was turned off. I was surprised - then I realised when I got home they did not check bcos it was not even noted on the intake sheet. Honesty would have been nice. Missed opportunity for dealer to identify problem and get fixed there and missed opportinuty for me to waste 2 hrs there's when mr lube would have yielded same results in 30 mins. now have to take somewhere else. More

Incompetent Sales and Service staff Completely incompetent individuals work here. The salesperson (Laura) only lied each time I tried to get a confirmation of completion of items to be Completely incompetent individuals work here. The salesperson (Laura) only lied each time I tried to get a confirmation of completion of items to be done to our newly purchased "used" vehicle knowing we were coming from out of town to pick up the car and then to find that not only was the promised paint job not done but she outright lied that it was all completed just to get her commission. A month after having the car I discovered the dealership still hadn't transferred the VIN from previous owner to my name. Had a leaking tire and had to book an appt to get it simply pumped up only to discover after keeping me waiting for an hour that they did a repair to tire. The warning light for low tire pressure was still showing on vehicle after this so-called repair and I was sent home by service associate stating the vehicle had to "reset itself". Drove myself along with several kids to hockey game and discovered the tire pressure was quickly declining. It went down to 6 psi and just made it home when tire went completely flat. Of course it can't be pumped up with regular air as its nitrogen filled and if course this dealership closes at 2 pm on a Saturday leaving you stranded for 2 days. No one who messaged me online could answer a simple question about roadside assistance and after taking a day off work to get new tire it took them ALL DAY to put on a new Tire. If that isn't incompetence I don't know what is. Stay clear of this dealership. More
