LOL...Um, ok...no, unfortunately I am NOT confusing your dealership with the one in California. Pretty funny you'd think this but not suprised. This DID happen. Absolutely 100% guaranteed. It was shameful. I completely stand behind my remarks. Just because it didn't happen last week, doesn't mean it didn't happen. It did. I've never ever, in my life, ever posted something of this nature. No point really. I was compelled to. Not looking for a handout here, just some recognition on how I was treated. I called to have my rad hose repaired immediately and the women said I had to book an appointment for a screw up caused by your apprentice mechanic. Ridiculous. Ruined my fan. Lost my lock nut, had to keep my truck until you could locate another. Ridiculous. Service manager said we're all human and make mistakes. Ridiculous. This happened. Maybe you have different employees now. New manger? This did happen. Say what you want.
