One of the worst at any level of repair. Lost my lug nut lock the first time, put my rad hose on backwards the second time after timing belt re & re. Told them it needs to be fixed properly, they said they lock the first time, put my rad hose on backwards the second time after timing belt re & re. Told them it needs to be fixed properly, they said they were booking for August...worst ever. Put apprentice mechanics on most jobs and journeyman mechanics don't check their work...if they even have many journeyman mechanics. My rad hose nearly blew up as the fan was hitting it. Ruined my fan. They offered nothing except said "were all human" thats it. Stay away. Terrible Terrible Terrible service. Just the worst. More
We recently had a problem with our older (23 years old) Camry which was seemingly related to motor stalling, and subsequent stalling after restarting . The battery had been replaced about month before, an Camry which was seemingly related to motor stalling, and subsequent stalling after restarting . The battery had been replaced about month before, and the alternator had been replaced and the car serviced at West Coast Toyota (WCT) just prior to that, and the car was running like new. Then on a day's travel a week or so later it suddenly stalled - it would restart, and then die again. It was taken back in to WCT and spent several days in the shop. Eventually, thanks to the technical service staff patience and persistent analysis, it was determined that it was the fuel injector, and contaminated fuel. It was a very elusive problem that was finally by the excellent service staff team of WCT. Well done team !!! More

While the entire team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with the purchase of my Highlander, from the i staff at West Coast Toyota. While the entire team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with the purchase of my Highlander, from the initial discussion, to the test drive and all the way through to the sale, it was Gord Zilkowsky and Laurie Shong who were the ultimate professionals. They handled each step in the process with enthusiasm and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. Their style and commitment to sales service helped to make my experience one that I will remember. The comforting part was that the customer service didn’t end once I drove away in my vehicle, instead, Laurie remained in contact to help with any follow-up.
